Terrible company, has ads all over Howell and Brighton saying they have job openings and they're desperate for workers, will even offer you a signing bonus! However, you cannot apply online, which is only a minor inconvenience, so you have to go to one of their plants and apply in person. Upon arrival to apply for the job they posted I am immediately surprised to see no one at the front desk or some sort of hiring person available, again, no problem. After waiting for 15 minutes and have 5 different people pass me, at least one in a suit, I still get no help. Not one person asked if I needed help, not one person asked if I was waiting for someone in particular, I didn't even get greeted or acknowledged. After reading several different reviews on several different sites similar to Yelp, Yellow Pages and Google Reviews I've come to the conclusion that this is how business is done. I do not recommend Eberspaecher to any auto companies or to any hiring agencies, this is a poorly managed company with no desire to better its image or be forthcoming in its hiring process. read more
