The worst tax professional I have encountered!!!! The absolute worst communicator and the last…read moreperson I would recommend to do your work for you. I first was referred to Marcos to help me get the SBA Loans for my company. He actually got it declined and then blamed it on the lender. I went ahead and filed it myself and i got approved, for both draws. Concurrently, Marcos promised me to have my taxes done for me. I paid him for them then waited months until I finally had it. He constantly would tell me we will meet and then the meeting would lead to know work performed. Finally I got a refund!! This ordeal made me lose a lot of money because my taxes were not completed. I missed some extremely important deadlines and opportunities because Marcos cannot keep his word, nor does it appear like he k own what he is doing. The worst tax professional I have encountered!!!!

It made things so much less complicated at the end of his life, both before and after his passing, and left us able to focus on my dad. Alan was thorough - answered questions at the beginning of the process, helped with maintaining documents, answered questions after the fact, and prepared everything so that probate wasn't even necessary. Hannah Clayshulte, Alan's associate, just finished estate planning for my husband and me, and was equally thorough and helpful. We found everyone at Gluth Law to be kind, friendly, and responsive. It's a relief to know we've gotten our legal ducks in a row and have paved an easier path for our own children when the time comes.

I needed help to complete the process of obtaining a visa to bring my wife here from the Philippines. Unlike many other law firms, they made my wife and I feel like family and explained things to us every step of the way. With their great knowledge of the information and forms to be sent and processed we were very pleased to have each step approved and processed so much quicker than others we had learned of from the internet. My wife was approved, received her visa, and is here with me in America! We are both so grateful to Shane and his staff for handling our visa process with such care for every detail. We would highly recommend his firm to anyone needing expert representation from a firm that cares about you as if you were family. Thank you To Shane and Mine Jennings and your Great staff !!!

We were shocked when we were told that they were dropping our four car insurance policies. Thirty years of loyalty didn't seem to matter. I give State Farm two stars. The second one is for the claims that they covered over the years. I would have liked to give a full five-star rating, but loyalty goes both ways. Beware. If you use the insurance, which you are paying for, you might get dropped, even though that's why we buy insurance, isn't it? State Farm was not a good neighbor in this case.

I would HIGHLY recommend him to anyone looking for a defense attorney and applaud him for his extensive knowledge in New Mexico law. There are many attorneys in Las Cruces and New Mexico and it makes it difficult to choose who is best for you. If you need someone who will always fight for your rights and never give up, then go with Mr. Lahann. A lawyer is an extension of a person during any case, so having someone who you can trust to be that extension is very important. Mr Lahann and his staff are not only that extension they become a part of you and treat you like family. Thank you for everything that you have done!
