We paid our deposit and went home excited about our 2 purchases.Unfortunately the next day we got a call we were not expecting, One of my family had taken seriously ill and asked us to help financially so we thought no problem we could simply delay the purchase a few weeks. However the manager would not listen and refused to refund the deposit. I won't be recommending this dealership to any family and friends. A month later we purchased 2 Jaecoo J7 vehicles from a dealership out West . Definitely not the way any business should treat new and potentially lifelong customers.
