Cy was the "icing on the cake" as he provided an exceptional experience. He inquired as to the type of cigars I enjoyed, and then walked me through the options. Called the store and nice lady said it was no problem, just bring it in to exchange. Returned about 8pm, same day, owner was at register and I explained I had already spoken to someone and just needed an exchange, he was VERY rude about the situation (I didn't even mention the bar was counterfeit) and embarrassed me in front of a whole line of customers. I just wanted an exchange for the defective item they sold me. I won't be back.

She seemed like she was rushing us out of there, didn't bother to help us find any flavors that were relative to the flavors we were looking for, at this point I'm kind of bothered at the lack of customer assistance skills this lady possesses, so I impulse bought, which I'm not very upset with because it's decent but still this lady just turned me off big time. BUY CIGARS HERE! I…read morereally don't think I can say it any clearer. When I go buy a Punch (Signature) at my old place in Fort Worth. 13 bucks a stick. Here it is 6 bucks. This is NOT a cheap cigar, but here it is sooooo affordable. Want an infused Maker's Mark cigar in the glass tube sealed in wax? 20 bucks everywhere else I've bought them. It is 9 bucks and change. Great humidor. Now the rest of the shop has other paraphernalia that may or may not be your cup of tea because it relates to ALL types of smoking. I don't care. I bought some incense for my wife (I'm so openly gay in Granbury, TX if you are confused by the pic), and a cutter (2.99 for a cheap, yet nice cheap one...stupid cats played with mine no doubt...I'm certain it was closed don't call PETA). Plus 5 bucks and change for a Nub. Can't remember what I usually pay for them, but more than 5! Enjoy the find!!!

Tatum especially was very kind as I don't shop here but maybe a few times a year. He even remembered my name. How cool is that? Their cigar selection rivals or exceeds most other cigar shops in the area. They may not have the size you want, but I guarantee they'll at least have a facing or two of your favorite smoke. Saw a poker table and private parking lot for members. Saw a table accepting diaper donations for member who is going to be a new dad. Anyone who brought diapers was in for a drawing of prime sticks. That is an awesome thing and speaks volumes of its the club and its members. On my way out they hooked me up with a free wooden flathead box that was perfect fit for my Father's Day gift on Sunday.
