The check in counter representative told us our flight to Berlin was at gate #: A21. After waiting in front of A21, we realized it was not our flight. There was no announcement, no update on our digital boarding pass. With all the technology these days, you would think they would update or provide the correct gate number.
When we went to the right gate, we wanted to confirm with the EasyJet representative at the gate. She was short and rude. It seemed like her conversation with her partner was more important than answering our inquiry. Not impressed with this airline so far. read more
