Terrible service, I was at the check in in time to check my luggage and the employee charged my card for my luggage and everything and then when it was time to take the luggage she says "Oh, you're too late", but when I arrived I was on time. She directed me to customer service who told me to call a phone number in order to get a refund. When I finally got in touch with the appropriate person via email, they did not give me the refund for the missed flight that their employee made me miss and only for the bag. Needless to say, I won't travel on EasyJet again and I do a lot of international travel. Terrible service and they do not care about customers. read more
