The Farm Stand has changed quite a bit since my last review. It is more of an artisian market of locally made products (all organic and high quality, small batch, etc...) $20 won't get you much here... I used to stop by for local seasonal produce... now that the atmosphere has been changed and geared more towards unique high end products made by locals; they should probably find a way to take credit cards. This farm is about a mile from me. It's the only place I shop to get produce. A lot of it is grown right there on the farm or it comes from a couple of other local farms. Always really fresh, organic, and seasonal. The eggs are organic and come from a couple of local farms. They are starting to carry ceramics and they have locally made soaps, lotions, bug repellant, etc. Stop by any day after 10. Payment is on the honor system, though I often get to talk to the owner who is very friendly and happy to answer questions about availability. They plan to expand and carry more locally grown and made goods soon. Maybe coffee, honey, goat cheese?? I'm hoping! read more

I love coming here! Their veggies are bursting with vibrancy and the various items they carry from local folks are such a delight. When I stop by I always grab some broccolini and some of their mixed greens. The selections for local raw honey and beautiful organic meats is awesome, too. Oh, and the art, and pottery! So lovely.
