I got a free 1 week pass to try out the classes and I had a great experience. I will definitely go back once I'm fully employed again! Highlights: - This is an all female studio, but I do know men can sign up for this class. In my short time there, I did not see any men! - All exercises are lead by an instructor while listening to pop music. Whether you are new to Pure Barre or not, the instructor goes around the room and helps you with your form. There are certain key words (i.e. tuck, hold, press) that the instructor explains and uses through the class, but for a more in depth explanation, visit the website. - The 50 minute classes go by very quickly, especially with the transitions between exercises. - No equipment needed, just bring yourself! - Pure Barre has a mobile app where you can purchase classes and view schedules. Makes it very easy for busy professionals on the go! Lowlights: - $15 socks required. You don't have to purchase their socks, but you must wear socks to each class. I highly recommend purchasing sets of Barre socks on Groupon that are much much cheaper! - Traffic to this location during rush hour is a bear. Try a lunchtime class or morning class if feasible! Definitely will be back soon!

From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, supported, and part of a community. The instructors are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely care about your practice. I love the variety of classes--from Ashtanga and Hot 26 to Vinyasa, Barre, Pilates, and restorative options--so there is always something that fits what my body needs that day. What I appreciate most is that Willow Gardens feels like so much more than just a place to work out. It's a place where I can challenge myself, reset, recharge, and leave feeling better than when I walked in. After all these years of practicing yoga, finding a studio and community that feels like home means so much. I'm incredibly grateful to have Willow Gardens right here in Buda. If you're looking for a welcoming studio with wonderful instructors, a great variety of classes, and an amazing community, I can't recommend them enough!

I took the 6:30pm hot yoga class and then the 8pm candlelight yin. Both were wonderful and I feel amazing leaving. I sweated, stretched, breathed, and relaxed. All the good things. I needed it! My body feels so much better right now. Thanks WGY for having a clean space with friendly staff :) and welcoming me to practice as a guest in the studio. Hopefully I can squeeze in another class before heading back to Arizona! Fingers crossed.

Everyone who teaches is really passionate about what they do. One of the great things that I enjoys is that each time I attend a class it will be something different and not the same routine (workout) keeping it exciting. The instructors are upbeat and personable. I have tried the Yoga classes , Barre classes, Pilates, Pilates Reformer and now Piloxing. I am so lucky to have found a studio that offers such a great variety. I like being able have the option of changing the intensity of my workout by attending different classes and not having to have a membership at different studios. This studio has so much to offer and great instructors! Come check it out - you won't be disappointed! I am never bored.

As with each barre3 location i have personally experienced for myself, the instructors at this location are warm, welcoming, exceptional & challenging. barre3 is a beautiful, "full-body balanced workout" that boils down to a unique blend of yoga, pilates, & ballet (barre) work. i've tried alllll the boutique fitness classes & studios, genres, methods/styles etc., you name it...and barre3 is the most fulfilling, enjoyable, & challenging workout experience i've had! Don't get it twisted - each barre3 class i've ever taken has been extremely intense & difficult, but the physical, mental, & emotional health improvements & peaks are well worth it! Barre3's website describes it best, "Our innovative approach combines low-impact isometric moves, large-range cardio bursts, and mind-centering breathwork." - and for each of those details, i'm in love! the cherry on top of the barre3 sundae is that their co-founder/CEO, Sadie Lincoln, is an absolute role model, leader queen! (ProTip: she also teaches & has some of their most-killer recorded classes in their online inventory!) In addition to studio classes, they offer at-home recorded & live workouts. Their in-store merchandise is consistently a cute & comfortable selection that they rotate seasonally - they cover the typical workout leggings, tanks, tops, barre socks, etc. And, you get a 10% discount off of their retail merchandise if you have a membership with them. Price point is on par with other higher-end, boutique-style fitness studios in Austin, & more affordable if you have a monthly employee benefit for expensing & getting partial/full reimbursement for gym membership. They do offer a student, teacher, and military discount off of their membership. They offer a free first class, so grab a friend who is also new to Barre3 & go check em out !
