If I could (negative) stars I would. My friend just got tickets from here though I knew I should have checked for her. As the previous reviewer stated the DO CHARGE DOUBLE, a ton of "fees" and of course FedEx shipping. They even actually go to ticketmaster, buy the tickets for HALF what I paid, then send them with the agents name written on them. What crap. read more

It seems the other reviewers arent smart enough to know what a ticket broker is. Ticket brokers sell tickets for sold out and not sold out events, the sale price is based on availability and demand. Easy Street is a ticket broker. I got 10 tickets to a reds game for $20 each that were face value of $27. Great deal. But if you are looking for tickets for a sold out event, youll pay more than face value, because its in high demand. It is a shame that people who arent smart enough to know what they are doing can give bad reviews for a company. No one forced you to pay over face value, obviously if you ended up at easy street tickets, then you couldnt get the tickets for face value anywhere... horrible customers left reviews here. It almost made me not buy from them, but the comments were so ridiculous i did anyway.. glad i did, cheaper than stubhub and ticketmaster. Made our trip to ohio fun for our kids! Easy street was awesome, easy to pay on the website, next morning i got an email about the tickets being at will call for me, and perfectly as described, got the tickets and had a blast. This company is a joke, we have a concert that was cancelled and before they will refund our money we must pay ourselves to ship them back and they will not refund the cost to ship it back or refund the full amount we paid for them. NOT to mention they charged us more than what the ticket value is on them. I did not know this is where my boyfriend purchased them due to being a gift but I can tell you one thing it wouldn't have been here had I known. I only trust ticketmaster who does their customers right. Now we sit with tickets, no refund and I do not want to sent them back if they are "closed" due to this lame virus and they in return say they never got them or have no one there to sign for the delivery confirmation I HAVE to pay **don't forget**. read more

Completely satisfied. Did I pay a premium - yes. I bought tickets to a sold out sporting event 18 hours before the first serve - of course I paid a premium. The value seemed right. No hassle at all. read more
