When you call to cancel, they try and convince you to stay & account will be placed on HOLD for a couple a months then charges will resume again. Next month comes along & you get charged, yet they aren't even working on your file. Call and complain why this is happening, get the run around, decide to cancel completely. Received an email with cancellation form from Tommy Lee Gonzales, print, sign & return by email. Account is officially cancelled. Following month SURPRISE, another charge!! Inactive customer still getting charged!! Call in and obviously they have an excuse for everything & are always right!! Bad customer service!! read more
