I know that lots of people have been looking for a housing but this is your warning to NOT rent…read morefrom All County Polk Property Management! They are slumlords who knowingly rent out houses that should be condemned. They will not repair anything in a timely manner and will find the cheapest way around it. They allowed me to go three weeks without a fridge while I had a breastfed infant, we lost over 700 ounces of frozen milk and over $400 in food, which they described as a "minor inconvenience." Our AC broke in the summer and they took over a week to fix it. They would not allow us to hire our own repair person out of pocket. The documented temperatures in our home exceeded 97 degrees and we have a small child, making it very unsafe to stay in our home. There was also black mold that is exposed and growing through the walls. They currently have another tenant who is an insulin dependent diabetic and she has been without a working fridge for weeks. The entry way to her home is a wood set if stairs that are half collapsed, rotted wood and missing steps. They are aware and have stated they will not be fixing it. This tenant has family that works in construction and they offered to fix it for free and were told no. When you move out they will charge you for damages to the the property that you either did not cause or were there at the time you moved in. They will charge you $300 for cleaning and hire drug addicts and ex-convicts to do the cleaning. We have security footage (with audio) and a police report because their cleaning crew was dealing drugs right outside my daughter's bedroom window when they were supposed to be cleaning the place next door. These are the people who have access to the master keys!!! I have spoken to several of their former employees who separated from them due to sexual harassment and verbal abuse in the workplace as well. David Quinones was an intricate piece of our relocation plan. We contacted him on January when we…read moremade the decision to relocate from Seattle to Lakeland. We spent a month watching YouTube videos of Lakeland. David's videos were hands down the most informative, personable, and professional. They made us feel excited and welcome to join the "Lakeland Lifestyle". I reached out by phone and had a response call within an hour. He spent about 30 min answering my questions. I'm from a cold drizzly area with 2 month of nice weather, no crazy critters, and no major storms. He was our partner, and even though we were something like 3,400 miles away he was on top of the listings, he explained neighborhoods strengths and weaknesses against our criteria, and he was honest. We felt very confident. He was extremely accommodating with his time. At no time did he make feel "needy" or "demanding", though I know I'm spontaneous and I'll timed, especially being 3 time zones away. We found our dream home within a week of arriving and with his strategic advice we put together a winning proposal and secured the contract. We had only been here in Lakeland for 27 days and we had the keys to our dream home, with a pool! Thank you David! We highly recommend David to anyone looking for a home in Lakeland or surrounding areas!

As a potential buyer of a home being sold by this broker and real estate agent named Lisa Kiel,…read morethis agent has lack of honesty, integrity she played dirty and was very dishonest all the step of the way. I put in an offer for the house on sale in 1711 Sunrise Place, Sebring, FL 33870 on July 31st the next day. (I went to see the house from Ft. Lauderdale on July 30th 2026 )I was a serious buyer but Lisa Kiel (the seller's agent) was just wasting our time waiting for another offer to come in from someone else, but in the mean time she would respond to my agent with counter offers verbally that we accepted and sent back (all written by my agent, and no work done by this Lisa Kiel agent). My agent and I were in the waits for almost a week, this Lisa K agent playing games with us, telling us that one of the owners doesn't have time is at work and can't sign and that will sign later, and later came and went. Today is August 5th, 2026, and the listing agent just called my agent to tell my agent that they have received a "better offer" and that they are going with that one. So just beware of this broker and agent. They are very dishonest people‼

They are dismissive and do the absolute bare minimum. I paid my rent early every month and never caused issues with the property however, they refused to refund my security deposit and withheld it for items not listed in the lease and normal wear and tear. They counted on the fact that I moved across the country and would have to pay for transportation, lodging, and court fees to not file a small claim suit, gambling whether or not a judge would be decent enough to rule on the side of a tenant. They NEVER to date identified what I was charged for or the cost of the alleged repair to validate the deductions. They sent me a list of items and said I wasn't being charged for everything but refused to say what I was being charged for so I knew exactly what to dispute. They lack all integrity and character. I've spoken with other tenants in residences with high turnover because they don't do quality repairs, they renovate with low-quality material and blame tenants for the materials falling apart, and they charge tenants for upgrades upon vacating the premises. When I filed with the BBB they said they never did business with me although I uploaded a copy of the lease with their company's name and mine. There are many property management companies out there. They don't deserve your business. Go elsewhere. You've been warned.
