Please whatever you do, do not live here. It's awful. There were roaches the day we moved in and we discovered bed bugs a week later in the living room. Also, this place is NOTORIOUS for violence and drugs. Had a couple people come up to me and ask me to buy drugs for or from them in the three month period living there. Place is filthy and scary. The final straw was a shooting in front of my apartment door. A couple weeks after we moved, there was another shooting. Please don't live here. It gave me actual ptsd from all the violence. I should have done my research because if you put in "shootings odneal st sherman tx" you'll find a long list of occurrences. Unless you like the hood and violence or are just desperate like we were, I beg you not to live here. read more
