The company later admitted that they had taken photos. They are liars. *Cleaners were here for just over two hours and didn't finish the job. Floors were sticky after they used some kind of chemicals on them, bathrooms were not touched, all sinks were dirty, bath was not cleaned. They are not good good cleaners. *As an apology for the previous dreadful service they promised me a gift basket which I never received. They are dishonest. *After several days of stuffing me around including not calling me when they said they would, they finally came at the last minute to do the clean said they would only clean the house if I paid them an extra $150. I was held to ransom and forced to give them the extra money because there was no time to organise anyone else which they knew and took advantage of. They are crooks *During their 'clean' they threw away any objects they felt like including some toys, clothes and even a vertical blind that had fallen. BEWARE of these lying crooks who take advantage of vulnerable people. Never use them. Never trust them. They are expensive rubbish. Look elsewhere and don't trust your precious home and belongings to them.

Then when i cancelled the service they sent another team and charge another $250 to my account without authorisation. i have had to lock my bank account and order a new card. Now they will not answer phone calls or reply to emails about refunding $700 they have taken from me for no service whatsoever. the clean wasn't even meant to be that much. it was $400!! After 3 attempts at getting it right, they finally did; but 3 visits, endless texts and phone calls later. This took so much time out of my days with all the running around after their sub-standard "clean"; I would have been better off doing it myself. They advertise "bond recovery specialist" and if I had have taken their word for it and not gone through - I would NOT have gotten all my bond back. I asked for a refund and was treated VERY rudely by the owner. She swore at me, called the apartment I was in a "dingy little place" and threatened to go to the police if I didn't stop asking for my refund. Not much integrity here and certainly NO quality. Find someone else if you want something "cleaned". The owner of this business will respond to this review saying I harassed her and that I was abusive or something similar. Take Note: This is NOT a professional businesswoman with integrity at all. As soon as a client attempts to gain recompense for work not done properly the first AND second time, she goes into full scale defensive mode and threatened to call the police and claiming harassment. See "Tyson's" review below.....similar situation - two different people; same issue with the same person ; not exactly a coincidence. This is a woman who subcontracts out to sub-standard agents to clean on her behalf, with absolutely NO remorse for her choices NOR willing to take responsibility for those under her. Also, it is a matter of public record that the owner, Chris Boyle has also had a fair work claim made against her by an ex-contractor\employee.... I never waste my time writing reviews unless they are GOOD ones, this experience has motivated me to do something very different from what I have done in the past. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS WOMAN BUYER BEWARE!
