Yasmine Springs 5 reviews If I could give this place 0 stars I would!!! BUYER BEWARE THIS PLACE IS SELLING LEMONS!!! The person you talk to over the phone does not work in the location! They will take your money give you a lemon and refuse to give you your money back. They gave me a car although no deal had went through and the car broke down a day later when I was taking my mom to dialysis. The unprofessional and cold hearted manager Guy Lewis did not send a tow to come get the car or offered to have a Uber or lyft take my mom to her dialysis treatment. We had to wait 2 hours to get a tow that was out of pocket and my mom missed her treatment. Guy Lewis only cared about that.raggedy car which was a 2018 infiniti qx 30. Although no deal went through and Guy had someone to get the car AFTER I HAD IT PAID TO TAKE IT BACK TO MY HOUSE! THEY HAVE NOT GIVEN ME BACK MY $500 DOLLAR I DEPOSITED ALTHOUGH THEY HAVE THE CAR BACK. GUY LEWIS NEEDS TO BE FIRED HE LIED AND THIS PLACE WILL DO WHATVER THEY CAN TO GET CUSTOMERS IN THE BUIDLING AND THEY ARE SELLING LEMONS TO PEOPLE. THEY ARE PREYING ON THOSE WITH CREDIT ISSUES. DO NOT BUY ANTHING FROM EASTERNS. I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY MONEY AND THEY OWE ME AN ADDITIONAL $350 OF EXPENSES I INCURRED DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE. I DONT EVEN WANT TO TALK ABOUT WHAT THEY OWE MY MOM FOR HER MISSING HER LIFE SAVING DIALYSIS TREATMENT!! RUN FROM THIS PLACE!!!! GUY LEWIS IS A DEVIL AND THAT FINANCE MANAGER !!!! THEY ARE TAKING PEOPLES MONEY!!! THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO PURCHASE A VEHICLE. THEY ARENT HELPING PEOPLE THEY ARE PREYIN read more

If possible I'd leave a negative review. This dealer will try to grift you if you're not wary, I was sold a car off the lot with an engine light on, and the lug nuts were so over torqued that they stripped out of their mountings when I changed a tire. They will try to dodge accountability wherever possible, citing they are a corporate business while actively denying any culpability for poorly serviced vehicles they sell. Do not spend your money here unless you are okay with an overpriced and under serviced car. read more
