Placed an order for a plumbing piece. Four days later no info of when is my order going to be shipped. The customer service phone is useless since it is staffed by a person working from home who can not get in touch with their own warehouse to find out the order's disposition. Requested to cancel order. Turned out it is not that simple either, because the customer service person will email to the warehouse my cancellation request, and they will confirm it in an email to me. At the end the customer service person hung up on me. Beware of them! They sell on Amazon with glowing reviews. The local Better Business Bureau gave them B-, and that is too generous in my opinion. read more
