Other than that one glaring negative, customer service can be spotty and downright oblivious (but, it's status quo for much of today's young workforce). And, too, expect maximum pricing on, at least, plant-based/vegan products. (Can rival Brewer's Tiller & Rye for outrageous pricing!)
