I have this issue due to two ACL reconstructions, a fully torn lateral meniscus, and a Baker's cyst in my left knee. I reached out to B12 Love to explain that my goal was pain relief, not weight loss. Lalena Menon did not tell me GLP-1 shots can't be administered if your BMI is under 19. Instead, she said I had to pay a $279 consultation fee to talk to Dr. Graser. During the consult, Dr. Graser also didn't mention the BMI restriction, even though I stated my weight and height. Both Lalena and Dr. Graser knew this from the start, but neither disclosed the BMI rule. I paid the fee, had the bloodwork, and bought a month of GLP-1 shots. Dr. Graser suggested three months of use but did not mention the BMI issue. I experienced side effects: extreme heartburn in the first week and diarrhea in the second. By the third week, the pinching pain in my knee had eased, though stiffness remained. At my final visit with Dr. Graser (3/13/26), after a BMI test, she finally told me they can't administer GLP-1 shots if BMI is under 19. Why did B12 Love not disclose this from the start? They must have known about the BMI requirement. From this, I suspect they care more about money than health. Dr. Graser and Lindsay (the office manager) tried to sell me future shots (but not GLP-1). I have pain today, which I wanted help with in March. Offering shots in the future does not help with current pain. Not disclosing the BMI rule for GLP-1 shots is misleading when someone seeks relief, especially after sharing weight and height. I hope no one else experiences B12 Love Marina the way I did. Total disappointment when seeking pain relief.

We walked over and somehow landed excellent parking karma. At that hour, it was blissfully empty--one person working, no line, no chaos. We ordered and had our food almost immediately. It was honestly refreshing. I went in wanting something hearty--my usual steak and eggs moment--but that wasn't really on offer. So I pivoted and ordered the PB açaí bowl. And listen... it was really, really good. Shockingly good. Supposedly 900 calories, which feels dramatic because it did not eat like 900 calories. It felt light, clean, very virtuous. The only miscalculation? It was freezing outside. And inside. They don't run the heater, so it was absolutely frigid. Eating an ice-cold açaí bowl in Arctic conditions is a bold lifestyle choice. That's on me. My one note: I wish they mixed the ingredients better. I understand the aesthetic--smooth base, perfectly placed toppings, very Instagram. But they fill it to the brim, which makes mixing it yourself nearly impossible without creating a scene. Still delicious. Just a structural critique. I had water. It was quiet. Calm. Efficient. It was also very pricey. Almost $20 all in for what felt like a small meal--though you could argue it was technically a full one. My friend ordered the avocado toast and declared it "to die for," which felt convincing. The server was... neutral. Order taken, order delivered. No friction, no flair. We also tried another "healthful" item that I would absolutely not order again. Some things are nutritious. Some things are edible. They are not always the same. Would I go back? Yes. It was interesting. Good food. Healthy. Easy. Quick.

It's a perfectly tropical, sweet pick-me-up before of after a workout. 7g protein/260 calories. It was very unwelcoming the moment I walked in, no greeting or smile at all from the workers. I ordered the sunshine immunity. When I got my drink, there was no straws. I looked around to see if I'm supposed to grab a straw at the stand but there wasn't any. I asked the worker and she was looking at her phone and told me to get a straw myself. I told her there wasn't any and you can clearly see that from afar. Her other coworker had to tell her they were out of straws so she finally gets some from the cabinet and gives me a straw. I can't believe how unhelpful they were.. The workers here can be more aware if they weren't too busy playing with their phones. Immunity sunshine $10.95 + tip = $13 (5/5) - this drink was yummy. Very fruity and refreshing with a nice kick of ginger. Not too chunky and was blended nicely cause of the coconut water Customer service (0/5) - Workers don't want to help or talk to you. They just want to be on their phones Overall, this place has great drinks. $13 for a drink with tips would be justifiable but the employees were rude and makes me not want to come back. There's other smoothie options across the street or down the block. Not sure if I was treated differently because of my race or the way I was dressed :(

The guy working on the weekends (employee? owner? not sure) is nice and polite and always has a smile when we're there. We enjoy picking up unique beer and ciders from the wide assortment in the fridges in the second half, as well as finding interesting cheeses. It's also great for the one or two things you might need that evening or snacks for later. My only complaint is I wish I lived closer so I could go a bit more often!

It's a grocery store, but has a bit of a boutique and rich vibe. It's one of the few places to get Mary's Chicken in the area and I have to get chocolate every time I go in there. The ambiance seems very hygienic to me, so I feel drawn into the place when I walk by. The Nature Stop has nice stuff, but my review has to be in earnest... maybe 2 or 3 stars? It's annoying that through several iterations of ridiculousness, you have to expect encountering some unnecessary and incompetent problem during each transaction. Two different cashiers didn't seem to understand the concept of tare weight. They weighed the meat with the packaging and attempted to charge me for it, despite the fact that the weight of the meat was printed directly on the packaging. I've worked in a meat department before and I have never seen that kind of inept behavior. It's insulting to the customer. So at the present time, the 2021 Domaine Bousquet Malbec is $11.99 here. The cashier scanned it and it came up as zero. He joked that it was free, but then had the audacity to offer me the obviously more expensive reserve price of $16.99, like the reserve one right next to it, and laughed in my face. I passed as I knew that Trader Joe's has the exact same thing for $9.99. Tonight, the Elysian 'tiger beer', listed at $13.99, rang up at $17.99, the same as their space dust. I passed, but they should at least have offered to have honored the price they had printed out for customers to read. The Space Dust IPA at S&S Market, one block away, was $15.99, so I bought it there and got to pet their cat too. It's a bit of a first world problem, but I didn't notice until being at home that my $6.25 chocolate bar, which is more than I made hourly when younger, was comprised of the wrong variety. I grabbed the chocolate bar behind the front one, to avoid the most touched one. It is a berry chocolate bar instead of the ginger one, and it's great, but still, the employees should be better at recovery. I was one of about two people in the store and it was not busy. I recommend going to this place to get ideas. Double check all the prices and shop around, but they have great merchandise. My suggestion to the owner is to install a self-checkout. The guy stocking merchandise was very helpful tonight with my bags.

In short, I strongly advise against buying anything labeled Whole Foods 365. First, Whole Foods introduces a low-quality private-label product at roughly half the price of competing brands in order to quickly gain market share. Second, they sharply reduce the availability of higher-quality competing products, often to less than a quarter of what was previously offered. Third, they remove the competing products entirely from the shelves. Fourth, once competition is gone, they gradually raise the price of their own private-label product to match or even exceed the price of the original competitors. Finally, when their product fails to sell in sufficient volume, they bring back the competing products in extremely small quantities. These items typically sell out within a couple of hours, leaving customers with no option other than the Whole Foods-branded product. There is only one way I can describe this behavior: it is an unethical evil business practice that undermines fair competition and effectively monopolizes the market.
