The front staff are welcoming to the children. Many staff enter with smiling faces ready to start their days. Children that enter with tears will then run into staff's open arms to be consoled as they say their goodbyes to parents/guardians. They communicate ever minor bump your child may receive in their normal play to making you aware of changes in teachers, activities, etc. Stomachaches, changes in mood/behavior, etc ... everything. Both verbally and in writing. It's a mostly bilingual staff so children will be learning Spanish if they don't know any prior. If I get a call during the day, I know they are monitoring the children and see something that needs to be addressed. For issues that are pressing I will get notified when picking up. They help with potty training. Boys take so long, but they are willing to assist with the process. The VPK has the little one moving in leaps in bounds. Classrooms have designated centers to addresss every area of their education. Children are complete chatter boxes every day letting me know all that they've learned. On Monday they pick up folders with homework for the weekn. You submit the folders back on Friday morning. The following Monday you will recieve completed packets with the new packets for the coming week. You will feel secure with staff and the facility. Your children want to come to school and other staff and children notice when your child is away. The care they receive make it easier to leave them. This place is as good as it gets.

My son, 3 yo, attended this daycare for only 4 months and ended up in the ER for a broken…read morecollarbone because he was being bullied by another child & the staff neglected to keep them apart after they told me they would separate them. He was pushed off outside playground equipment from the other child and broke his collarbone. The teachers told my father upon pick up that my son was playing somewhere he should not be. For a couple weeks before the incident, he was coming home with severe bite marks, he started regressing in his potty training, and fell severely ill after being fed a bad cup. Their insurance company or school won't release the video surveillance showing the incident but the CPS agent already admitted to viewing the tape and agreeing to negligence. To my knowledge, those teachers are still employed and the child that bullied my son for weeks is still in attendance.

The scratches were from her face to her arms to her pelvic to her legs. I saw only the one on her arm from the daily pictures in the tadpole app. When I called to ask Wanda consciously lied saying she came like that. That was so alarming because as any parent or caretaker or human being can imagine that any scratch will hurt and will cause a baby to cry. This is a disgraceful person. It was obvious NO GLOVES were used!!! And she did not report it. It was reported to the director and an occurrence report was done what I was further disappointed was that the next day before dropping my daughter off I wanted to make sure that Wanda was not there and she was. She should have been suspended until the true story was told. I did not drop her off. I took off and lost a days pay. I want to also point out. That day the meal report was wrong as well. items that i didn't provide my daughter were listed. God forbid she was allergic. I immediately withdrew my daughter from here. She was taken to the doctor to get it documented and the doctor was very surprised about this. My daughter is well but I don't trust daycare places any longer. I don't know what the status of her is. I am hoping she is expelled. The fact that she LIED is enough to know that this is a person that is not mentally stable. She is an abuser because she hurt my baby and lied. Pictures are attached. The principal even kiss her teeth and tells me what else do you need from me like suspending my children's for nothing and your staff is doing a horrible job and all you can say is I'll look into it. Not once does this lady fellow through if I don't have the district Ms Vivian Green calling her the principal does not care to fix any issues with her staff. She lied on me saying I don't leave messages or call her which are lies I have my proof. Even Ms Vivian Green assistant Ana is the best and gets the messages through for Ms Vivian Green I don't get the issue. The principal Patti Lucas even lied on the referral where an incident occurred with Mr Shaw was pulling on my son arm and they refused to show me the cameras even when Ms Ashley Schutt stated I could see them. Ms Lucas lied in the meeting with the district and even in writing it says it happened by the stairs but yet took myself, kids father & district team to a whole different area. Then you have Jennifer George the assistant principal is extremely disrespectful and unprofessional she was being disrespectful to my mother when she went to go pick up my kids. Then to top it off you have the aftercare program by the names of Ms Arianna that didn't allowed my daughter to use the restroom and my daughter still went to use the restroom and Ms Arianna told my daughter she will be in trouble, furthermore more my son was playing monkey in the middle and the kids were being ruff and almost chocked my son with his sweater my son told her and she did nothing. But then the principal does not respond at all. If I do not let Ms Candice the aftercare counselor in charge notify Ms Lucas does not return my calls. Then you have Coach Moreno that when my son was playing outside he got hurt by accident and my son asked for ice so he can apply it to his leg and the Coach Moreno refused to send him to the nurse and told my son that's what he gets. I notify the school and of course all Ms Ashley Schutt can say is sorry that it is protocol to send the kids to the nurse that I have to sign a release for okay I did and the Coach Moreno still did not follow protocols my children's are not toys and they do not care for children's safety. Then you have a liar Ms Stephanie that lied on me saying I threaten her but yet I asked for her name and told her I will deal with her with Ms Candice I even messaged Ms Candice she advise me that she won't be back till Monday. To top it off you have Ms Smith which lied on my son saying he threaten her when he didn't saying he was going to hurt her on nothing but yet Ms Smith failed to notify me and let me know anything meanwhile she was screaming at my son and another student. I asked the principal Ms Lucas and all she can say is I believe my teacher not your child. There's another topping to add the police officer Mr Samuel Perez told my son to shut up and he stated it was to get his attention I'm confused who does that. I told the officer to tell me to shut up not my child and the officer did not tell me to shut up. My daughter was a safety patrol and she no longer is and got kicked out because she defended her little brother was getting bully by an older kid which nobody cared to help my son. Do not be afraid to stand up for your children's you are there voice and hero. Stand up parents. This school allows bullying and mistreats children's.
