We had a church family reunion in Twainharte, and stayed at Eagles Rest for five nights. The sleeping arrangements vary from private to semi private. It was perfect for all of our guests. The kitchen is fully stocked, including spices, staple food items, plates, utensils, salad spinner, mixing Bowles, pots, pans, cookie sheets and much more. The back deck has a gas grill and is perfect for evening meals outside. There's a cute breakfast cove, lots of comfortable seating in the living room, a flat screen TV, small movie collection, games for kids and grown ups. You are asked to supply your own sheets and towels, and the rooms come with blankets, comforters and pillows. The bathroom has hand towels, and the laundry room has a basket of travel soaps and toothpaste. The provide laundry detergent and the kitchen is stocked with dish towels. We couldn't ask for a better venue to reconnect with family and friends. We will definitely be returning! read more
