Admittedly, I don't have a lot of experience with inspection reports, but this was very thorough, with pictures, everything labeled, even with arrows drawn on the pictures pointing out specific things that might have otherwise been hard to see, and numbered lists that made everything clear, even on what might be a 10 page report. It really blew me away how detailed it was and how easy it made it in negotiations with the seller, and how detailed I was able to be, since I'm out of state, and can't easily get there to handle this stuff. Warren certainly does a great job and I highly recommend him if you have any home inspection needs.

He suggested that the buyer request money for radon mitigation even though the radon test was below EPA standard. He listed areas in our home that he claimed were missing caulking when in fact he has missed that the clear caulking was done so well it was not noticeable, His unprofessional inspection caused multiple issues for us and the buyers. Due to his lack of knowledge the sale almost fell through. If he is listed a an inspector for a home that you are buying or selling please insist on someone who knows how to inspect and upholds that standards that home inspectors need to follow.

He's currently using his lot to store multiple trailers, a man lift, a skid steer and leftover construction debris in violation of HOA covenants.
