8-7-2021 - I Had a Latch on one gate that has failed due to some vandalism... I called Eagle Fence to get it replaced, and was told that I could get a callback by 8-12-2021... I called today and the phone has been disconnected... I will try to get in contact with the the supplier, Ultra, to get my latch sent ( I will have to replace it myself, which is not a problem)... However, I cannot recommend this company if you want a fence installed... RNC in Waynedale. Fort Wayne appears to have a good reputation... However, the Company who provided our fence through Eagle Fence was Ultra, and it has a great product... If you want to invest in a new fence, go to their Website and find a reliable installer... Had eagle out to do some repairs on my fence. Took them nearly 11 weeks to show up (after happily taking my money) but never completed the job. They also originally put my vinyle fence in and have come to find out that they didn;t poor the cement base for the posts correctly as each year the fence raises and has to be fixed. I hired Eagle to install my fence in May, with me calling constantly, they finally finished the job in August (over a month after they guarunteed it would be finished). As soon as the job was finished I paid them and then realized my one gate was unable to lock due to the latch being installed improperly. I called them to fix my lock in August and no one has fixed it yet (it's January now). By October, the top border of the fence began coming off...I now have 7 sections of fence that has no top and snow is getting inside my vinyl fence. I have been calling repeatedly to get that fixed as well and over 3 months later they still won't come to fix their work. Rusty is a dishonest business owner who doesn't care about his customers, just cares about putting more money in his pocket. Everyone in my culdesac has learned from my experience and will not hire them..had many comments from neighbors asking what's going on with my new fence! Also he charges not based on the job but based on your status, I am single and got quoted $2,000 more than my next door neighbor (exact same size yard and they wanted exact same fence). My neighbors did not hire Eagle after they saw how bad my fence started looking and because I informed them that you have to stay on them the whole process or your fence won't get finished within a year or even more in some cases. I was informed by one of the Eagle employees that one woman (who paid in full up front) has been waiting 3 years for her fence to be completed. If they don't fix my fence soon then I will be suing for my money back. read more

Do not use this company. They are always late, do not communicate, and will not fix problems that they cause. They are incompetent.
