Lack of Integrity. I am thoroughly disappointed with this Dentist, Dr Tina Barger. I decided to pay Dr Barger, out of my own pocket to upgrade some of my ugly amalgam fillings to composite fillings. My insurance doesn't pay the full rate for composite fillings. A short time after my visit to Dr Barger, I moved to another community and the dentist there noticed that there was considerable decay and degradation to the composite filling that Dr Barger had placed. My dental insurance company then informed me that they won't pay anything on a tooth that had been addressed within the previous 3 years. I consulted Dr Barger's office, and asked if she would like to repair and make good on the work that she had performed and that had subsequently failed. She said she only warrants her work for one year. I found this surprising in that I thought a professional would stand behind their work, especially when it was deficient. Evidently Dr Barger does not. With so many dentists in Kearney open for new patients, I was quite surprised at Dr Barger's response. read more
