I specifically asked to have my son's bail paid. I sent the entire amount including the 10% fee and…read morethe 38 whatever fee. She knew I wanted his bail paid. She said no problem. Three hours after telling me she would be there to bail him out she still hadn't. There was one excuse after another. When my son finally was released he told me she only paid the bond amount not the bail amount I had sent her. When I called her she preceded to tell me thats not possible. She knew what I wanted and had no problem lying to me and keeping my money. The charges were then dismissed and I called and asked for my money back. It took me over 2 weeks and several phone calls to get her to send me my money back. She informed me she had 30 day to return my money. She is a scam. I would never use her again and recommend the same for anyone not understanding the system. This was my first experience with this and I was in Germany, there wasn't much I could do and I thought she was trustworthy. She seemed very happy to help. I am glad this is over and we will never have to go through this again. I suggest you research all options before trusting these guys. I felt very scammed and disappoint they were ok with doing what they did.
