I just had my first appointment as a new patient at Dr. Polumbo's office in Grass Valley & I've never experienced a dentist with his level of integrity, communication, and genuine care for his patients. In one visit I can tell that Dr. Tim prioritizes doing the right thing & what's best for patients, with a collaborative transparent approach, which is such a stark contrast to any other office I've experienced who are very clearly just in it for the money & keeping patients coming back. Dr. Tim is the first dentist who sat down & discussed with me simple affordable ways in which I can actually get to the root of healing and remineralizing my teeth to strengthen them & prevent any future issues like the one I came in for him to address. First dentist to discuss my insurance with me to clarify how it works so I'm not blindsided by confusion with coverage. First dentist to clean my teeth himself & do a real dang good job at it. We live 50 minutes away so it's not a quick drive for seniors. So after paying $38,000 dollars he finally got his final teeth in five days ago and guess what? He was giving the dog her pills and we heard a big "POP!" Yep, you guessed it, the permant one cracked. We also just found out the first cleaning is free but every six months after that will be two hundred and eighty dollars. This cleaning expense was not told to us until after right before the permanent teeth were put in. We have spent so much more money and time for the countless visits to fix cracked and even completely broken implants! I suggest doing your research before going here for any kind of dental work!

Dr. Singh did a wonderful job from the extraction and implant (it was so quick and zero pain) to the final crown. My tooth looks great...I am so so so happy to have my tooth for the holidays . Upon arrival, I was greeted with warmth and kindness by the staff. Shelby was at the front desk and she was so sweet and helpful. I told them I had another consultation at a later time that same day but at a different location. Dr Navjot Singh gave me the better deal and so I proceeded with him. Fast forward to last week, I had my implant placed in. Dr. Singh performed the surgical procedure. The procedure was straight-forward and he helped me feel at ease. I came in today to have my suture removed. Healing and recovery is going well at the surgical site. The implant was placed in perfectly after seeing the x-ray. I definitely can't wait to be back in December to see the crown placed in and to be able to gain the confidence again in smiling in pictures again! Thank you so much Dr. Singh for taking care of my implant needs. I switched my provider to their facility for all my future dental needs. Rest assured, I am extremely happy and pleased with each visit. The whole staff is incredible and so professional. Do I recommend them? Most definitely! I only asked her if we can change my appointment to Friday and she said no. I said okay, I will come to my original appointment which is today. Right after I stepped in the office she said that my appointment is cancelled and she has nothing for me. When I opened my mouth to ask "why" she yelled at me saying "don't argue with me". So I even didn't have a chance to talk or even make another appointment. Maybe she has hearing problems or something, since neither me nor her never used the word "cancelled" on the phone yesterday, but the first thing she told me when I stepped in was "your appointment is cancelled" and "don't argue with me" and of course, in a very aggressive and impolite manner.
