He communicated very well and arrived prepared to work with a helper. Both guys were so nice and respectful. The work they did was skillful & well executed for a fair price. We texted back and forth about a time for them to come level out the dirt in our back yard which was a mess because our sewer line was replaced earlier in the year. We are located in Northern KY about 10 minutes from Cincinnati so we are grateful they made the drive. As new homeowners, my husband & I don't have many connections but we will DEFINITELY be referring our friends & family to Becks/using them for future projects. Scheduling to get the fence fixed was a quick, smooth process. Compared to other quotes, they are reasonably priced & they killed it with the fence!!! We are both SO pleased. All four guys (Collin, Dylan, Logan & Adam) on the job were gentlemen and very respectful of our house/property. One of our family members surprised us with fixing our gate as well & the guys gave no hesitation to fix that as well (this was a last minute add on to our original service requested). Where the gate is, our three dogs LOVE to dig there so my husband has to reseed the ground there again. The guys did a really good job working with that area. When I brought drinks and snacks out for the guys, they went over the process of how everything was installed & gave me some insight of the business/other projects they could potentially help with... (painting, in home remodels). That in itself made me trust them more because of how open they were with me. If we could give six stars, we would. Thank you guys!!

He told me he would get started on ours the following Monday and we were next on his list. We continued to wait and kept being lied to with one excuse after the other. He said he would come tomorrow and then next week and yet no sign of him. Once I requested my money back and told him I had had enough of his excuses, he finally showed up in December (two months after he had cashed my check) and set the posts. We were told he would be back two days later once the concrete dries (more lies) and still have yet to see or hear from DeWayne. I have tried countless attempts to contact Mr. Burberry. He ignores all of my texts and has even hung up on me once he realized who it is on the phone. He sounded good when I initially discussed getting a fence. He sold a good pitch and I even had neighbors recommend him. I still have yet to get a fence nor my money back six months later. Yet he keeps working and posting all of these jobs he is completing. Buyers please beware! I just want my money, but yet he cannot do the right thing and give it back. So until then, I will do my part and continue to give honest reviews all over the internet to warn others of how I was poorly treated as a customer. I would hate for this to happen to anyone else going forward. DeWayne Burberry of Burberry Fencing does not even deserve one star, but unfortunately it made me click at least one.
