Not in time for the arranged on-site visit, takes our own description of the problem as his problem detection, fails to communicate (promised a call back with prices within the week but never called!) and finally charged for his time without further comment. By no means should a craftsman work for free or should not charge for coming on-site but the service around matters as much as the on-site service and if you cannot even comply with your own promises in timing and activities and then charge for something you had been told by your customer you are out. This was not the first time, by the way, but certainly the last time!

They also have a cafe in town next to the main church and it's a wine bar / small plate place. Their selection of wine is huge. Well over 300 Italian wines on offer to buy single or by case. They also have a fantastic selection of grappas, aperitifs and other Italian drinks. Their prices are quite good and the owner is very friendly and helpful. Besides alcohol they have a number of Italian deli products and groceries at this warehouse. They also have a gorgeous wine tasting room and I suspect they will do wine tastings for group after booking. I will definitely come here to buy and try different wines from Italy. It's continent and open 6 days a week to the public.
