The home inspection was performed negligently by All American Inspections, as was the re-inspection. The home inspector failed to identify that the door bells did not work, two of the ceiling fans did not work, one of the furnaces did not work, two of the air conditioning units did not work, one of the kitchen wall sockets did not work and there was a hole in the patio screen. As a result, I've had substantial out of pocket expenses since occupying the home.
