The garage floor was so degraded in the front that it had cracked into several sections and the front edge had dropped several inches. They were able to level it out and it is still totally level. The steps had dropped away from the porch and tipped to one side. Their fix moved it up and returned it to three equal height steps, and the sidewalk sections have not been a trip hazard. I would recommend them to anyone.
