POOR UHAUL SERVICE…read more I scheduled a 2:30 PM pick-up and arrived on time, but no one was available to check me in. By 4:30 PM I was still waiting--wasting valuable time when I should have been loading and heading to a delivery. On top of that, the employee present spent the entire time complaining about the owner, even saying the last two paychecks "he didn't pay me on time." Very unprofessional and not reassuring. Because of this location's lack of service and poor management, my business has now suffered delays and unnecessary stress. Not recommended.

He showed my husband all the things he needed to know about running this model of tiller. They provided a trailer for the tiller without it being an "extra charge". They have 1/2 day and full day rentals, and they have different sizes of tillers as well as a wide variety of equipment, including lawn rollers and U-Hauls. Very happy with the service we received.

Keep this in mind when you rent from pawpaw rentals!…read more I rented a piece of equipment on a two hour rental at $79. My location is one hour round-trip keep in mind that I also had to secure the piece of equipment in the trailer. The rental agreement starts as soon as you pay your rental invoice. When returning the equipment I was charged additional $19 for being a half hour late. In the future, I will negotiate before signing any documents. I highly suggest that you do the same.

It had an electric start (if you used an extension chord) or pull start. The pull start cord came off while using. Luckily it had the electric so I could finish the job. When I took it back and explained what happened, I wasn't charged for the repair. Breakage due to normal wear and tear.
