Reception staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff were superb! We stayed four nights here after an amazing cruise, and my only complaint would be with the other guests- incredibly rude about talking loudly in the hallways when it's obvious the noise would travel and disturb others. The restaurant did a beautiful job with the food, signage didn't necessarily indicate what food was, it everything was beautifully presented and a lot of it!

We still had a great…read moretime though - the apartments are nice and the pool looked nice although as it was raining quite desserted! Its location is great as its walking distance from Palmanova and Magaluf so we got to see quite a few bars and restaurants. Def recommend for families as the apartment had childrens entertainment - we watched a show of parrots and then some dancers.
