They were able to get it jump-started, run for a bit, and carefully drive it to their flatbed out front. While every towing situation is different (distance, time of day, etc), today Rossano & Sons Towing was the most affordable of the quotes I had heard from, and were quick to move (it was going to be blocked in by other tenants) the vehicle from Newton to Stillwater. After evaluating my Ford I was told that there was a Technical Bulletin that came out from Ford several years ago. I am impressed that they did the research to evaluate my car. They told me I did NOT NEED A TRANSMISSION. I only needed an update on the vehicle computer. Here's the numbers. Ford wanted $3500 for a rebuilt transmission. A new transmission was $6000. Final cost at Scotty's $150 to evaluate $250 to upload the new software Total $400.00 Can't say enough good things about this place. Talk about trusting a Mecanic!!! It would have been nice if he was more patient in explaining a few things but once we pressed a bit he was quite informative and well versed (he has been in the business for quite a few years according to him). He quoted us a time to arrive in which they arrived early. Our team hadn't arrived to the property but they were patient enough to wait until we arrived versus moving on and have us wait for their next opening which was very much appreciated. The price seems to be standard for the area - 75.00 to hook up and 5.00 a mile. The guy hooking up the car moved swiftly and confidently which we look for as our company does its best to maintain the integrity of the property we handle. The proper paperwork was provided on the spot. We will be reaching out to the company in the future for projects I the area.

We live week to week, big families like ours often do, pay check hadn't cleared yet, called eight other companies and ALL of them were, in my opinion, gouging on prices because it was late, snowing and an all around hastle to come out to assist. The only cat to treat me with respect was Jason. And!, hearing I was type tight dough, he dumbed the charges. Big thanks brother! these guys are scumbags including the owner. they seemed mad that i didnt have tools on me to pull…read morethe parts myself, these are plastic and vinyl parts for an old vehicle so you need to take a few minutes to remove them with care. the a****** that removed the parts off the truck tried to rip them off without even loosening the nuts that hold it in place. these guys are butchers. it only takes a few seconds extra to do it right, but these guys dont care. they also threw all the nuts screws and retainers for the parts all over the place while removing so they couldnt be retrieved, how am i going to mount and install this crap without the 'discontinued by the manufacturer mounting' hardware?? if u arent buying a big steel part like a hood , fender or a door then dont bother, they will destroy anything thats the slightest bit fragile.
