I've had to have multiple items fixed when purchased from this store, the last item I needed fixed they gladly took it claimed to fix and did not. the item came back to me weighing less than it did when I dropped it off, the item shows markings from jewelry tools it should not and have not ever had on it. if you have white gold they will replace it with yellow, hoping you don't notice, lab diamonds; if you don't know you might be told they're real. if you DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU HAVE , DO NOT TAKE IT TO DYNASTY JEWELRY AND LOAN. This has everything to do with the owners, the In/out of house jewelry repair workers and NOTHING to do with anyone working in the front of house. BE AWARE OF SCAMMING. sadly I'm noticing to late and they already got me.

I looked around at all of the different vendors.. everything was so pretty and sparkly.. lastly I looked at the Pandora case and it was terrible.. They are selling scrap quality diamonds they are worth a few hundred dollars for thousands of dollars.

You can always find the most interesting things at pawn shops, and the nice old man who runs this…read moreshop has the largest amount of vintage and antique items I've seen anywhere. And we have frequented pawn shops for years. He's basically sitting on a little gold mine. Recently, someone must've sold him a doll collection because suddenly the tiny store has been flooded with vintage and antique barbies from decades ago. There's also a nice motorcycle sitting in the front and plenty of hunting equipment from rifles to bows. There's also a handful of nice guitars, acoustic and electric and old electronics. Old, old. Like ye olde printing press. Okay maybe not that old, but older than me! And the man working the shop is so nice and sweet and he's very honest and gives you a good price on everything. My husband and I have developed quite a soft spot for him. I highly recommend this shop, whether it's to sell, pawn, or buy.

Doing some research and visiting other jewelers for engament rings and wedding bands, I found their prices to be the most expensive out of the places we looked. None of them really gave me the "wow, this is my ring" feel, though they were pretty and shiny. I appreciated the time and information I got from the lady who helped us, but $3,000 for a men's titanium ring seems steep so we're going elsewhere.

However, the patek store is not listed separately here on Yelp I scheduled a service appointment ahead of time prior to arriving at the store because that was required even for a battery change. Leading up to my visit I did call the store to ensure turnaround times as well as cost. Upon arriving at the store, I must say it is absolutely beautiful with obviously only display watches. And the gentleman who helped me branyon was super nice and friendly and helpful. In fact, he even beat the turnaround time that was quoted to me over the phone by the store earlier in the week. He even went above and beyond by offering to show me watches, even though I had not made a separate sales appointment. That was very kind and very tempting of him. I must say unfortunately this trip was not for shopping. It was for a family celebration. I will say if I do ever have to get my watch serviced again I will definitely come back here. Flying to Atlanta from Chicago is barely 2 hours and not expensive at all. And getting to this location is super easy right outside of the city. I wish I had more time during this visit. Otherwise I would have gone into the Brown and Company store, which is right across from the Patek store. Perhaps on my next visit I will and maybe the people who work there will be just as kind and gracious as the staff were here
