This is without a doubt the best grocery center in Konstanz and worth the weekly drive from Zurich. The center offers free 90 minute parking. There is an Edeka, DM, a take away bakery/food stand and an apotheke. The DM has better stock than the two other DMs in and near Lago center. The aisles are wide and the check out lines short. This DM offers a full range of Alnatura products as well. The Edeka is clean and spacious as well. No lines here either, ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON! Just amazing. I normally dread coming to Konstanz because of the masses and there is none of that here. This seems to be the center for the "German" shoppers and not the Swiss border crossers. By far the nicest super market that I've been to in Germany. I'm tempted to drive 1.5 hours just to shop here every week! Wow!

Biggest grocery store in Konstanz. Big selection including housewares, coffee bar, cafe, and a pharmacy next door. Many gluten-free products are available and it is well staffed with lots of friendly employees. Expect to use German or Google Translate, but that is generally true in stores in Konstanz. read more
