I turned to Yelp, as a last ditch effort, to try and find someome to do a same day delivery on an inflatable...in Eufaula AL...on Easter weekend! The company (that I will allow to remain nameless...until we see how Monday morning goes) that I'd paid in full, mid week, called after 10pm CST the night before they were to deliver and setup and said they couldn't and offered me a refund! A refund is not what I needed when I had people coming from out of town for an event, that was otherwise, well-planned. E & L not only answered the very first time I called, but they also offered me a reasonable price and showed up (within 2 hours of me calling) just as they said they would. The unit was very nice and the kids enjoyed! Out of all the activities we had going on, the inflatable was the one thing they kept going back to play in. The event would have been drastically different without this unit. I highly recommend E&L for fair pricing, nice units, reliability and professionalism. read more
