One suggestion came up that I should try calling Schwab to see if they offer the service, and they do!! Called ahead and Cooper told me that both persons manning the desk had the ability to notarize documents, no appointments needed. Later in the day, I made my way over to Schwab. The SouthPark location is super convenient, they have their own, dedicated parking lot that was easy to get in and out of. The counter is shared with TD Ameritrade, so once you figured out which side of the main desk to go to, it was a breeze. Cooper looked like he just came back from lunch, or a break but he remembered my voice from my phone query and we got to notarizing (with valid ID and documentation of course!) There was no line and the whole thing probably took 15min (I spent more time driving to the location I bet). Of course, I was only notarizing two documents (total of 6-8 pages of information for my professional engineering license... so I'm sure you need to allot for more time if you have a lot of paperwork to go through and review). It also helps that I am a Schwab account holder. Overall it was a great experience, and I need to think of them more often when I need to do "official business things" or in need of a notary.

I see that this location has great reviews and I decided to take action in February I did contact start regarding the services and we had a conversation about the how the credit repair works , how much it was and everything. When I requested to speak to star cause originally it was going threw a call center in the Philippines the women directed my car so when star answered the call she was very strong , made me uncomfortable at first to do business, she would not let me get a word out of my mouth. She is very rude and when I had questions about the service. She stated " Juan this call is taking to long your asking to many questions that don't need to be ask and your taking to much of my time" and then started rambling on how the process works and still giving me attitude. So I paused for about 3 months and thought to my self maybe she is having a bad day so when I decided to sign up after 3 months later and spoke to her she was cool on the first phone call and then when I started asking her questions on a text me she gave me attitude again on why I'm asking her so much questions. When we spoke I had mentioned to her about removing my self from a particular account pertaining to my wife. When I told her that is it good if I can remove that account from my name and would that affect my credit to go up or down she was very stern on the text message. Then she told me to give her a call to explain when talking to her she was again very rude to me, speaking to me as if I was slow and I did not know what credit was which I don't really know how this works then she started giving me really bad attitude stating Juannn I just explained it to you multiple times and your not getting it and at this point done with this business relationship and I can take it no more and started getting up set and hung up on me. Then I had mentioned why are you getting upset with me when I'm just trying to understand how this works and she just kept going on saying I'm tired of explaining this to a grown man and that point I have lost all respect to this person. Nobody I mean nobody sign up for this program. Your experience will be terrible. Don't trust this person at all please. If you signed up with this program in the past and had a great experience that's great but my experience was terrible. Agent Jasmine Swaggard did not review our community's HOA CCR's and placed a YARD SIGN, which is…read morespecifically not allowed in plan language in the CCR's. When brought to her attention by a neighbor, Ms Swaggard said, "I thought I did read the CCRs" -- then said -- "Oh, I guess I only read what the dimensions should be" -- except NO YARD SIGNS was in the SAME SENTENCE -- then said -- "When I spoke to the owner to ask her (her) about if yard signs were allowed, she (the owner) said she'd seen some, but wasn't sure if they would be allowed. When she didn't get back to me, I put the sign in the yard anyway". Look, Ms Swaggard's self-authored bio states she, "...has sold over $20mm in home sales and specializes in high-end homes" ... so she's certainly not "new" to this business and, I'd bet my own house she actually READS and FOLLOWS any HOA rules for all those "high end homes" she sells ... but didn't have the time or the inclination to do so in little Pineville NC for a town home? Right. Sure. See, we've seen this before. Realtors put those yard signs in, then claim they didn't know or some such thing - because they WANT the yard sign in. So, they lie. And they install a yard sign just to see how long they can get away with it before claiming ignorance. But it's their ACTUAL JOB to read the CCR's regarding signage. Speaks to their lack of integrity - which is KIND OF IMPORTANT when you're entrusting your largest asset to them, right? Playing "dumb" or blaming the owner? Yes, those things don't fly. I'd never hire her and will gladly tell others to not hire her or ANYone from Costello Real Estate, who obviously doesn't care if their agents are honest or if they show ANY respect for a homeowner nor the COMMUNITY they live in. Just load someone up with rapid-fire excuses instead of being a grown up and admitting you intentionally DIDN'T DO YOUR JOB.
