This store is very conscious and supportive of a healthy lifestyle. MOST items are in glass (hardly any plastic to see here) and vegetables and fruit are organic. They are ingredient aware MUCH. It is on a main street that is the artery which goes North to South in the Black Forest. I lived across the street for a while this summer and visited almost every day; everything is fresh The breads and cakes are all addicting. It has an inviting ambiance. You know you are getting clean food and feel that they truly care about this. It is worth seeking out should you be traveling in this area. Go across the street and visit the chamber of commerce, which you'll get a lot of information bout this area. Everything from rentals to the best ski sites, events or just to familiarize and ask questions about the beautiful Black Forest. It is small (just a few rooms) but everything is small in the Black Forest.
