The therapist is nice but clearly didnt listen to word that was said. As do alot of the employees there. They said my daughter cuts herself ongoing yet there is not a mark on her body and stated im okay with it....i got her therapy so she can feel better about herself not so you guys can lie and make stuff up so you can make more money for it. My dauhhter has a phone addiction thats the issue not cutting. She would become aggressive when i would take the phone away. She would also want to miss school so she could stay on the phone. I dont know how anyone got cutting from that she wasnt even attending for that she weared shortsleeves for godsakes. Also if you were so concerned then why dont you people return phone calls so unprofessional... i really just feel like they thought it was going to be a harder situation to deal with and figured this is a good way to get rid of them. im sorry but i give out the respect im given sorry you didnt like my tone but i asked your own employee and they gave that mis information ...but you dont want to hear it and hears another example of mis information....obviously noone is trained properly i highly dont reccomend this place . she didnt even schedule our next appointment that shows to that they just want to get rid of the situation. Im a honest person i dont lie and if you dont understand then ask the question dont make things up

She was absolutely awful and made me feel worse than when I arrived. She made me uncomfortable and I felt like she had no idea what she was doing. Stay away!!! This person should be terminated ASAP!

Bernedette is only in a few days and hours a week and it's hard to fit into her niche schedule. Anyway I tried a few attempts to get an appointment but time slipped by and when I needed a refill on my script they said it was "too late" here let me show you the text I got from the receptionist but First might I add they act soooo kind and caring but one shift they are gone. Might I add I was battling with depression very severely and was in the hospital prior to being her client for depression and anxiety she knew what I was going through. Instead of calling me they sent me a text. "I received your voice mail message regarding an appointment. Bernadette asked me to communicate with you that you need to find another provider to prescribe your medication. When you contacted us in January in need of meds you were told to schedule an appointment and in return we gave you your prescriptions with a refill. You did not schedule an appointment ( they never had available time ) and now you are looking for one because you are in immediate need of your medication. You did not comply with your end of the agreement and it is unfortunately not the first time. We wish you the best." So someone battling with anxiety and depression was left to just find another practitioner while in need or a script/refill of medication. Wow. I felt I needed to share this because it affects me today, how unprofessional Bernedette and her receptionist. Not even a call they sent a text.
