I had the room until 12 NOON and went for a run with the privacy sign on the door. I had my personal belongings all moved and organized and a paper taken away as garbage. I was YELLED at by the staff to vacate the room before noon because of their "French computer system". There should be a certain level of trust when staying in a hotel where I'm leaving my personal belongings (ie computer, toiletries) and this trust was breached." This is the first time I've ever asked for my money back from a hotel, we'll see what happens. I'm attaching the invoice from my room which should provide the needed information you require. Please let me know if you can download it. I will be submitting my overall experience on social media and travel sites. Half the rooms have AC and half don't and of course they don't tell you at check in Horrible, it was new and clean but I would not recommend this place unless you are desperate for a place to stay off the highway cheap for a good quick sleep during normal weather and don't plan to ask for anything special and don't mind if staff enter your room with privacy sign on the door UPDATE-after several attempts emailing with corporate they just give me the generic run-around.
