This place had every spirit known to man: whiskey, champagne, bourbon, rum, cider, beer, wine, sparklers, cans, bottles, sake, mixers. Like the inquisitive Rebel Chef that I am; I spent a half hour swilling and taste testing and comparing French and Canadian wines that the staff had prepared. Glass after glass. I still favor French wines. Drank cups-full of some Canadian apple cider, wine, rosee, maple booze and rye.. They had good deals on champagne and on beer; not so much on whiskey (as that stuff is imported, and about to hopefully increase 100% in price real soon!). Enjoy no sales, Canada. They're located in Saint-Foy and there's plenty of free parking underground but you have to validate your parking ticket at the restaurant. I ordered the Cassolette Provençale with potato rösti, grilled veggies, tomato sauce, topped with broiled mozzarella and an egg on top. It was hearty, very delicious but the portion was too small. I think if they'd given 1.5 more of it, that would've been more satisfying. The cool thing about this place is that they offer a gluten-free menu so that was great for my fellow diner. You can also swap toasts for gluten-free bread. I enjoyed eating here and the staff was pleasant despite some misunderstandings as my friend returned their drink.

This place is a bit pricey but the food is very good. Loved their tartare and cream of mushroom…read moresoup. The specials of the day were all in french but the waitress was helpful with translating the one's we struggled with. The individual baguettes were adorable.
