Worst experience of my life. BEWARE ! The crew took 9 hours to load a truck (boxes were already…read morepacked) and then they moved our belongings to another truck during the night !!! The trucks they used were unmarked and RENTED. When they arrived at our new home, the crew left boxes everywhere (shoes in the bathroom, kitchen items in the bedroom...), didn't assemble any furniture, and many items were broken or destroyed. The company basically threatened us to pay them and never reimbursed us for the broken items. BEWARE !! ATTENTION !! Our home insurance company sent several mails requesting a reply to our insurance claim, and Paris Province Demenagment ignored the letters. This occurred in October 2015, and as of today, this company continues to ignore our requests for reimbursement, and had the audacity to say we were a jealous competitor of theirs when I gave a negative review on Google. They are playing a game, and I advise anyone who values their belongings to BEWARE. Their website indicates this company has been in business for 15 years, however, their company has only been registered since January 2015 according to their SIRET number (government registered number for business). Also, they have NO salaried employees and only use temporary workers. They have no trucks and only use unmarked, rented trucks. C'était une expérience terrible, un cauchemar.
