I used the app only 1 time, and rode for about 15 - 20 minutes - and left the bike at the entrance to the shopping center "Galeria Północna Warszawa - Centrum handlowe Białołęka" An hour later, when I wanted to ride back, I had a debt of 140 zlotys (about $40) in the app. At the same time, I had paid about 10 PLN to the app before, they wrote off the money and charged me a fine on top of that. I contacted support - I was told "This is a fine for leaving my bike in a regular bicycle parking lot and not in a specialized parking lot belonging to "Veturilo Bike" In other apps, YOU CANNOT END A RIDE IF YOU ARE IN A FORBIDDEN PARKING PLACE! The app will notify you that it is forbidden to park your bike here! Veturilo just ended my ride without any warning! And then an hour later charged a $40 fine!!!! I consider it a scam, deleted the app and will not use it again!!!

The juice is freshly squeezed and absolutely refreshing--no shortcuts here. On top of that, the staff is super friendly and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better.
