AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS! I should have listened to all the bad reviews he gets. I hope you do the same. Shady place. I paid for an optic cut same day service, dropped off on Tuesday afternoon, called Wednesday when to pick up my slide, he said 6:00pm, when they close. then told me to pick it up Thursday at 3:00 I had to work so I went on Friday at 12:00 when I got there it was not done, and was told,He "had an oven issue". I waited there another hour so he could actually do the work. Walked away with an offset optic cut. Not even centered. Now I can't co-sight with the optic rear sight. Look at the pics.

DON'T TAKE ANYTHING TO THIS SHOP terrible service I ordered my parts 12/21/24 was a custom slide and barrel for my p320 and still to this day haven't got my parts back and I am not the only one either. Always excuses on why the parts aren't done. Then when they are "done" something comes up. Found Pedro through the off-road raptor scene and seen a lot of people take him parts to get done. From what I have seen and heard from people I know your parts aren't getting done unless you are trading work. If you have nothing to trade him for work that benefits him and his truck you aren't getting your parts done anytime soon. Dude is hard to get ahold of weather that's through his shop number and instagram that he is always posting on. As well as his personal number. Supposed to get my parts on an upcoming off-road event coming up we'll see if he brings the parts like he said he would. Talk to any other shop this work that I am getting from Pedro SHOULD NOT TAKE THIS LONG AT ALL. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. If I could give 0 stars I would!!!

Update: 01/08/2026 ORDER #14138 This company is running a deliberate and deceptive operation. After contacting Pedro regarding the fact that USPS still had not received my slide for shipment, he provided excuse after excuse, including the absurd claim that USPS "loses packages" or "sends them elsewhere." A package does not magically go "elsewhere" when the correct address is on the label--unless it was never addressed correctly to begin with. The shipping label was created on 12/02, yet the package showed no real movement for weeks. On 12/27, tracking suddenly updated showing the package in Coppell, Texas. I am located in Northern California. That alone was a massive red flag. On 12/31 it showed Oakland, CA, and on 01/02 it arrived at my local USPS facility. Here is where the truth came out. Although Pedro previously sent me a label showing my address, the package was marked as delivered to a completely different address in my neighborhood. I immediately contacted USPS. They pulled the scanned package and confirmed that the label physically attached to the box was NOT my address. It was an entirely different address. USPS was very clear: the package was delivered to the address printed on the label, and they could not retrieve it. USPS explicitly stated that the shipper--Pedro--had shipped the package to the wrong address. This was not a USPS mistake. When confronted, Pedro's response was simply, "That blows." He refused to provide the address my property was shipped to and continued to claim he "packaged the slide himself," while simultaneously denying responsibility. He insisted it was shipped to my address, despite USPS confirming that was categorically false. At this point, the pattern is undeniable. This was not an accident. This was either gross negligence or intentional misdirection. Either way, my property is gone. I took my Glock 19x slide and my 17c slide for an optic cut I was happy with the final outcome . The gentleman was very polite and easy to talk to took care of me with a 45 min turn around would highly recommend

Where to start. I had the same lead time issues that everyone else had but on top of that they milled too much material off the top of my slide and compromised my drop safety on my XD so I had been using a pistol without a drop safety for who knows how long. On top of that my gunsmith told me the cut was crooked AND because they made the cut without leaving slide material to support the rear of my optic, so it was at risk for shearing the screws and flying off. Absolutely criminally negligent and on top of that they treat their customers like trash unless you sing their praises. Edit: To answer the comment below 1. My gunsmith has a complete understanding of this and showed me how milling into the drop safety can and will cause it to malfunction. 2. I actually never requested my front sight to be recut I'm not sure what he's referring to? Also my gun isn't in multicam so I think he has the wrong order. 3. I left it at the front door at 1035am july 17th according to my call logs when they were open. It's irrelevant though since they confirmed they received it? 4. Of course it has an optic on there, you installed it yourself in 2022.

EDIT: November 4, 2025 Haven't received my slide back. It has been nine months for an optics cut. I went to the store location a few days back to get my slide back, after being told everything was done they were just waiting for my optic. Sure. The store was closed two hours before their listed time and no one answered the phone until around an hour after. I let them know that I wanted my slide back regardless of the state it was in and was told no "they don't do that." They stated they would be liable if they gave me my gun and I couldn't reassemble it. Insanity. The person on the phone requested to call me back after he "officially" closed the store at 6pm to have a "conversation" about what we are going to do about my slide. That I could "potentially" pick it up the next day. I told him to just text me the details as I had things to do and I wasn't sure why we needed to have a "conversation" for him to give me back my slide. I have heard nothing back for six days. Right after the call I contacted the Huntington Beach PD and they got me in contact with the LA field division of the ATF. I let them know I had requested my slide back but DWS was refusing to give it back. Both groups let me know they will contact me back after they look into it. I highly recommend if you are currently waiting for your slide and Pedro is refusing to send your property back to contact the Huntington Beach PD's non-emergency number. 714-960-8811 Hopefully they can help you out. Next step is small claims if my slide isn't returned to me. What a complete waste of time.

Still nothing or update. There is no communication at all. They took my slide and are holding it hostage. Message if yall want to plan a day to all show up at once to get our slides back if you're over waiting.

This place is incredible! Wonderful customer service from a staff who is willing to work with someone who knows almost nothing (me) and take their time to make sure it's right. They were willing to work with me every step of the way and found an item in my budget to ensure my needs were met. Ordered a precut slide via phonecall. Blown away with what I received. The tolerance for the optic fitment is super tight. Coating is perfect, and the cut itself is amazing. Customer service is on point. Emailed updates every few weeks with order status. Called in a few times with questions about my order, customer service was great. Great services and affordable rates. Had my slide worked on here and was given progress updates to every step the slide was in. They called me as soon as it was done to setup an appointment for pick up. Even offered to install my internals, sights, and optic on to ensure quality of service. Expect some lead time due to affordability and quality of service. 10/10 would send in more slides/pewpews. read more

Just want to start by saying am not the review type of guy. Let's just start by saying I been looking for a place to get my Glock slide cerakoted and decided DWS was my go to place. First they accommodate drop offs which is ideal for me since I personally don't like shipping my firearms or parts through mail. I came in and Sonia greeted me really took great care of me and helped me get exactly what it was I was looking for. I'm amazed how good this place is. DWS gets alot of bad customer reviews but I just think they are very busy and can't always attend to emails and phone calls. Id say keep trying. They will help you.. I am currently just waiting for pick up of my slide. Will update with pictures once picked up. Also i want to add the Sienna, hopefully I spelled it right, is great with helping out aswell she was assisting Sonia with everything needed to get me situated. Looking forward to picking up my slide and taking more glocks for more of the DWS touch read more

My NRA instructor referred me to DWS for an optics cut. I have never done anything like this so I was hesitant to send my Glock 17 slide, Holosun red dot and suppressor sights without some guarantee that they wouldn't lose them. So I tagged each item with my name and order# for some perceived degree of assurance it wouldn't get mixed up with other orders. I sent it in via UPS and they received it the next day. Prior to sending it I saw on DWS' website that they had a special on optic cuts for Holosun 507c for $100 with free ceracoat. After I purchased the cut, I received an email from them announcing a special one-day optic cut. Since I had already paid for the standard 4 week cut I called them in hopes I could upgrade to the one day offer. The salesperson said I could not but for an additional $90, I could get a one-week cut. I jumped on that deal. So in one week plus a few days later I received my slide, mounted Holosun, suppressor sights and free ceracoat! One major process improvement the manager of sales said the company was employing is an automated tracking system across their manufacturing system from receiving to completion. The customer will receive notifications each time their slide is moved through the various stages. This will provide the customer confidence their slides were received and being processed. I mention this because I didn't receive any confirmation they had received my stuff which created some concern. The only minor issue with the slide I got back was the rear sight was not centered but I can tap it to align it. read more

Let me begin by saying the quality of the work done at this place is top tier. The owner Pedro in person has great customer service and he takes pride in his company. He literally focused on me and was happy to answer all questions I had. I was going to get my Glock 19 cut for a Vortex and he suggested I looked into Holosun and I'm so glad I did because my slide is amazing. This was my first time using DWS, I submitted an order spending over $790 for a precut MRK III Reaper slide in Multicam with there suppressor sight for a my G19X, only to find out about two weeks later that the 19 gen 5 slides were on back order with no estimated date of restock. So I waited a month to see if anything would change and nothing, no response, no updates on the order, nothing.. so I reached out and offered to send in my own personal 19x slide in place of the precut that I had already paid for and get it milled and coated in its place while not asking for a refund on the price of the precut opposed to my own slide and they agreed. I sent it in and received a confirmation email that they received it and the updates through its process of milling and cerakote were great until it got to final assembly were it has sat for 3 weeks with no follow up except and email on DEC 11th that they were waiting on suppressor sights and my slide would be shipped out Monday December 13th. It is now 5 days past the ship date and nothing has been shipped as I was told. I have yet to receive a follow up about the status and the response to my inquiries are non existent or very minimal. It's been over 12 weeks in total now. The work that they do is far above anyone else I would definitely always recommend them to everyone. Just the lack of communication and updates with the customer leaves the customer assuming that something went wrong. Update: Pedro himself contacted me within 10 mins of this review and immediately shipped my order and fixed all lines of communication. Again I highly recommend this business to everyone they do phenomenal work and are among the best of the best. read more

I contact them after having a hard time to remove the delta ring to change my hand guard. The owner response super fast on Saturday evening and I was able to go in on the following Monday. 45 minutes later they change the hand guard for me and didn't charge me at all. They are very professional and provide great service. Definitely going back for glock work. read more

I've been to DWS more then a handful of times and let me tell you the work they do there is amazing PEDRO and his team are the best , I got an optic cut for my Glock 17 and bought my red dot from them as well , got a slide for my Glock 43x with an optic I couldn't resist the deal , I would highly recommend DYNAMIC WEAPON SOLUTIONS. Amazing quality work done by the guys here at Dynamic Weapon Solutions! You can trust them for your optic and slide cuts easily. Once I got my RMR mounted and zeroed I have not had any issues with accuracy or reliability. My pistol shoots laser beams thanks to these guys. And the cerakote work for the slide is top notch. Glock 19 slide. No doubt it's beautiful. It arrived to me defective would not extract casing had smoke pipes and double feeds like crazy. They accepted it for repair 12-19-21. First phone call to me was after the new year acceptable holidays I get it. I called 1-19-22 they said oh it's repaired it had a burr where the extractor is DEFECTIVE. So I said when can I get it back they said oh we will mail it today and you will have shipping confirmation sent to you today they even called and confirmed email and phone number and address . I called six times this week because I never got shipping tracking number emailed to me. I never got a call or email back. Finally I got in touch today 1-29-22. I was told by the director of sales she can't tell me anything to do with it she didn't know and shipping don't work Saturday's. I shoot competitive and will never use them again. Worst ran business I have ever dealt with for competitive shooting even during the plandemic. Maybe after a review like this I'll hear something about my $800 slide or send me my internals and a full refund. At this point I'd settle for that read more

Dws kept my smith shield for over 3 months. Finally got it back in pieces because they still weren't done with it and I needed it to receive my ccw. Wouldn't refund my stipple payment that they didn't complete, would only issue credit. To top it off it was missing a piece in the slide. I finally figured out today that's why it would only fire about 5 of the 8 in the magazine. It took me sending it to another gun smith that said whoever did the cerakote forgot it install striker spring guide. Customer service sucks and I felt like I was bothering for updates.Don't send anything here. It took me almost having to report the firearm missing to finally get it back. When I drove 2 hours to pick it up, I guess it was sent to an outside vendor "some guy that lives 10 min away" so I had no idea where my gun was. Pedro did deliver the gun to me as he was driving past my house on vacation which was cool. He handed me the gun with a bag full of parts and told me how to put it together. I first discovered Dynamic Weapons Solutions (D.W.S.) roughly a year ago by random on IG. I follow dozens of firearms companies that customize weapons and immediately gravitated towards DWS for obvious reasons. The company showcases excellent work so I couldn't pass up the opportunity to send my Glock in and have some slide work done. I caught a sweet sale on the Reaper MK III with optic cut and mailed my slide away to California for a transformation. Admittedly, I was pretty eager to get it back. I always chimed in on the AMA's hosted on IG story and sent a few DMs asking about status updates. Traditionally, I got a fast reply with great attitude and transparency so it made the wait more barrable. Once I finally got my slide back from DWS I naturally gawked at the workmanship and utter detail in the Black Multicam cerakote. Gotta say, I have never received so many compliments and inquiries on who did the work. I will shamelessly plug DWS any time I post my Glock thank to the attention to detail and excellent customer service.. Thanks again Dynamic, I am a customer for life! read more

After purchasing a pistol optic I was looking for a reputable shop to mill, cerakote and securely mount it on my pistol. After researching several shops and speaking to others I decided to take my business to Dynamic Weapon Solutions. Once there I met with Sonia Jones to discuss options and production time. I was very excited about ordering an extended base pad for g17 mag. I paid for and submitted my order on Dec 6. The sent a confirmation email the same day telling me that I would get another email when it shipped. I understand lead times can be kind of long in the current supply chain but I figured I would have at least heard something from them by now (Jan 3rd). I have tried responding to their original email and I have tried emailing their "order update" email address. No response. I have even tried calling them directly but I just got some automated message saying there is no one available at this time. I am definitely feeling a little pessimistic now and until something else happens I DO NOT recommend them. read more

Absolutely can NOT recommend this company, they should rename themselves to Dynamic SCAMMING Solutions. Wish I had done my research before I purchased a slide from them, which I still have not received after 3 months, going on 4 months of waiting. I was told it would be 6-8 weeks for a P320 slide, cerakote and sight install. So I placed my order on August 31st. Messaged them after about 8 weeks on October 26th and they tell me they FORGOT about my order and they would expedite it. So I waited another 3 weeks to contact them and they said it would ship before black Friday. It did not ship before black Friday because they claimed they were still waiting on sights to come in. I asked for a refund and they said the only thing they can do is store credit. I told them ok if you are truly waiting on sights go ahead and send me my slide without the sights and refund me for just the sights. I was told by one of the employees through Instagram on Wednesday November 23rd that they were able to find some sights through a local dealer and they would ship everything out that Friday. Friday comes and they still have not shipped my slide out and they just ignore my messages. I have called several times and no one has EVER answered the phone. I have emailed and no one has EVER emailed me back. After posting this review they immediately messaged me telling me they were shipping it out the next day(Saturday) via USPS. I receive an email with a tracking number. A week goes by and the tracking has not updated. It says USPS was electronically notified by sender to expect a package from them. It has said this for a week now. At this point it seems I'm just getting the run around. My guess is they created a label just to make it seem like it was shipped out but at this point who even knows. I have told them I will be disputing the transaction with my bank if something isn't done asap. They tell me a slide was started incase the one they claim to have sent me was lost in the mail. I was told it should ship out this Thursday/Friday 12/08/2022. So as of right now it seems the slide they sent me has been conveniently lost and they are working on sending me a new one. What a nightmare this whole experience has been. I'm currently out $620 from this scam of a company. Monday 12/12 another slide was supposedly shipped out last Thursday/Friday. Received the tracking on 12/8 and again the tracking says USPS was electronically notified by sender to expect a package. Seems like we are doing this all over again. I went ahead and even checked the tracking number on the first slide they supposedly shipped out and got "lost" by USPS, and now the tracking is saying it's not a trackable number, yep extremely sketchy I'd say. They even admitted that USPS is not a good shipping company and yet what do they do they ship with USPS again. So now we are on to our 3rd slide. I tell them that it is obvious they can't produce a P320 slide so I wanted to know what their in stock options were for a Glock 19x. They give me 3 options and I decide on a cerakote and sight install option. I ask him if it will ship before the end of the week and he says "Definitely I'm aiming for sooner". So I message him on Thursday 12/15 asking how the slide was coming along, he responds "Good". I ask him if he has any idea when my slide is gonna ship out. He reads my message and I get no response. I'm just being ignored at this point. So I'm done with these games, it's been almost 4 months and this company has provided nothing for me. I have disputed the transaction with my bank. Also I'm not the only one that has had issues with this company. Just search through the other low star yelp reviews and search for their BBB complaints and low star Google reviews online and you will see. Also read the owners responses to these negative reviews. He never takes responsibility for anything and always tries to make it seem like it's the customers fault. Maybe he needs to spend a little less time playing with his truck and a little more time working on his customer service skills and getting customers orders out the door within the quoted time. If you want a slide or any sort of slide work done look elsewhere because this company is NOT the solution. read more

EDIT: spoke w/ Pedro and issue was rectified and the slide arrived and the work is fantastic. I think once they get more employees and can focus on CS and the work it'll be a 5 star experience. Will gladly change/update once rectified. Timeline: 9/7: quoted on IG 1-4 week lead for just cerakote. 9/10: slide arrived at their shop 9/19: took 9 days to find/process slide. 9/19: added magwell cerakote work once they found the package - wasn't option to add on site so did via email. 10/13: told slide/magwell is in assembly & cerakoted 10/21: told via site chat still in assembly 10/24: told by CEO its shipping this week only after having another IG user with much larger account reach out on my behalf. 10/28: end of the week and no shipping info. Now at end of week 7; beginning week 8 since the slide arrived and double the advertised lead. Review: Really hate doing this bc when I get firearm work/gunsmith stuff done I always go with small businesses but their false lead times and lack of honest communication is disappointing...I said honest bc they do reply but it's not accurate. More of just telling you what you'd like to hear. I reached out on IG asking for a lead time quote for cerakote only work on a slide I provide (9/7/22). Was told 1-4 weeks. Took over a week for them just to confirm it arrived (arrival 9/10/22). Took until 9/19/22 to confirm arrival of the slide. 10/13 all I can get is "slide is in assembly"; it's been in this stage for over 2 weeks. It's a Shadow Systems slide. Basically a Glock. I was finally emailed by the CEO (10/24) only after having a larger IG account reach out on my behalf. CEO said on the 24th it would "ship this week". Well that didn't happen like others have said. During this time I was able to: order a trigger from Atlas; ship said trigger to Vytal Mfg for anodizing; they completed the work & shipped back to me; I then shipped my frame to DSC Gunworks who installed the trigger and returned shipped in literally under 24hrs; and that arrived Tuesday (10/25). This is 3 separate companies completing work. I'll be reaching out to the BBB and possibly my bank. I'm pretty much screwed at this point because I can't just buy a replacement slide from the manufacturer so I'll have to build out another complete upper or wait until they decide to send mine back. I explained I'm active duty and leaving the country sooner than expected on a ship so I'd appreciate the slide being sent back before then. read more

Made an order on 11/25/21 the lead time at the time was 6-8 weeks. I didn't mind it being a little bit longer as I was moving. So, I'd be okay with an extra month or 2, honestly. But, they didn't provide any updates and it ended up taking 6 MONTHS. It seems they only care once you hit their reputation and only serve instagram influencers well. Check images on page 6 and 9 (Pictures keep moving after they uploaded duplicate photos, you can check the date from when I posted and when "new" photos were posted) for what I received and how they're "available 24/7", YOU DON'T NEED TO BE AVAILABLE 24/7 IF YOU UPDATE PEOPLE OR SEND OUT A GOOD PRODUCT FAST. I had to hound them to get updates for anything and only got semi-coherent responses through instagram since I had to e-mail them 3+ times just to get them to update the shipping address. EVEN IF YOU MAKE A PURCHASE AND HAVEN'T RECEIVED IT THEY WONT GIVE YOU A REFUND. They will constantly promote what they don't have. You'll find more reviews on Reddit saying the same. EDIT: Pedro called and claims the internals being exposed is common but, I don't see any photos of such on any of their images. Yet, when you go to jagerwerks (https://jagerwerks.com/leupold-deltapoint-pro-for-glock/) there are no exposed internals shown. They are not saying "this is what you might receive." I called it a blem but, they don't see it as such. Also, I received a pre-cut from Archon firearms ordered through tamfamgram on new years and received it within 2 months since, Pedro was saying they're fast at pre-cuts. THAT WAS CALLED A PRE-ORDER. I recently purchased two slides from this shop and was thoroughly impressed by both the product quality and the exceptional customer service. The first slide I bought was readily available in-store, and I was able to pick it up immediately. Unfortunately, I over-torqued a screw during installation, causing damage. When I returned the next day, the staff didn't hesitate to help. They took the slide back, spent a week repairing what could have been a costly mistake, and returned it to me in brand-new condition. For my second purchase on 8/7/24, the experience was just as seamless. I ordered online and picked it up the following day. I encountered a minor issue with my sight, but when I brought it back to the shop, they resolved it within minutes. My order (#12736) for a precut responder slide with an RMR optic cut was placed January 26th 2024. It is now early September and I have received no updates on my order despite sending multiple email requests and a couple of phone calls that were not returned. I'm a patient guy and I waited until around June before I started asking about my order in earnest, they tell you they're "checking on it" but nothing ever changed and no update was given. In July, I asked for a return of my OEM slide and the $240 I paid but was given a short and trite reply of "Sorry not possible." These people will give you the mushroom treatment of keeping you in the dark and feeding you sh@t. It's been over 8 months and my order status has not changed; I've got nothing to show for it. The few times they've communicated with me, they've refused to give me an ETA and they act like they don't care. I've come to the conclusion that they've basically taken my slide and my money and have no intention of giving me what I paid for. Save yourself some heartache and STAY AWAY. read more

I ordered 3 CZ MRK V Elite basepad back in June of 2023 and still have not received them. I have been in there on 2 separate occasions asking when they would be ready and was told they would be ready in a couple of months once they got the metal. Recently I chatting with them online and I ask for a refund but they said that all sales were final. I would not have a problem with the fact that all sales are final if I actually got what I paid for in a timely fashion. It has now been over 7 months with no product and a refusal for the refund. No communication on when they will be done. I personal will never use their services again. I also purchased an optic from them and got that installed and recolored my slide. They got that done in a timely manner but I had to go back several time due to the optic fall off. Overall my experience with DWS has been poor to say the least. Pedro does not listen to a word you write. He just back pedals and makes excuses. If you write a negative review expect him respond not professionally. read more

Hello Pedro, Stephen order #9403. I know your a busy man but I've placed Multiple orders with you and normally get the orders within 8-10 weeks. My order #9403 was placed almost 9 months ago on 11/16/2022. I received store credit from some barrels & pins that were cancelled after a few months because of coating lead time issues. With my store credit & cash I ordered another one of your awesome slides, the Pre Cut Crusader MRK VIII for my Sig P320. You just listed on IG & your website that you have that exact slide ready to ship. I ordered my slide with the Holosun 509 ACSS optic cut with Irons Forward of Optic & black cerakote. If my optic cut is what is holding up my slide I will accept the Pre Cut MRK VIII Crusader with the SRO / RMR optic cut if it will speed up the process or if you have anymore of them ready to ship that you advertised after the P320 was added to California's hand gun roster. I never leave reviews but this has me upset... Ordered a slidecut and cerakote job was quoted 6-8 weeks... They received everything on 3/28/2022... The last auto update I received was on 5/17/2022 saying sandblasting had been completed Here we are on 10/17/2022... still no slide I've reached out several times via email, instagram, online chat and also by phone... was told it ships next week twice by DWS... still no slide *** UPDATE 10/17/2022 The owner PEDRO has reached out and apologized for the process and guaranteed me man to man he would get it shipped out that day. *** UPDATE 10/24/2022 So the slide finally shipped on Friday the 21st and I received it today on 10/24/2022 They sent it back without my Trijicon SRO, Night sights or internals! I contacted Pedro and he says this should not have happened... I agree... This is a nightmare at this point. read more

Love my slide from DWS! I applaud these guys for the patience they had with my impatience, I was very excited to get my slide, so I did message them a lot on their Instagram for updates! The owner I believe is Pedro and he was very responsive! Personally gave me a call when it was ready for pick up! I picked up my slide 2 weeks after my original pick up date(they were moving to a new and bigger location) but for a smaller local shop that is understandable. When I picked up my slide everyone on staff greeted me and was very kind! I didn't realize I needed a " Channel Liner" and Pedro was nice enough to give me one for free! They transferred everything over from my old slide to the new slide, and also installed my iron sights for free! Lubed up the rails and let me take pictures of it in their very cool office! I'll be coming back for a G43 slide very soon!!! read more

DWS has great social media presence but they seem to be missing the customer service aspect of running a business. Ultimately poor customer service will effect their business. Great looking products, underestimated lead times, piss poor customer service. They bite off more than they can chew. If you cannot efficiently get the slides out within your estimated window maybe you should stop running sales. If you are doing so much business - why don't you hire a few secretaries at $15/hour to keep track of everything? Also, I believe they get Glock brand slides in from customers and then return them milled non-Glock branded slides. Avoid at all costs. 1 Star just because Yelp forces me to choose. Wish I could put zero stars. Use JagerWerks instead. Use your dremel instead. Looks like Yelp decided to flag this as a fake review yet kept all the positive ones. read more

In March, during the covid madness I brought my Glock 34 slide in to be cut for optics and to get a cerakote. While talking to Pedro, I looked at some of the work that they do with slide cuts and decided I would get that done as well. So I left my slide with Dynamic Weapons Solutions to get the work done on my slide. When it was finished Pedro called me and told me to come down to pick it up. I think I snuck over while on the clock lol. When I got there I was extremely happy with the work they did on it. I told Pedro I was interested in getting the Holosun 508T and he said he could order it for me so I did. I also got DWS suppressor sights also. When my optic came in they called me and I ran over immediately to have them put the sight and optic. I am very happy with the results so far and look forward to getting more work done with them in the future. read more

Amazing work and great customer service! I sent my slide in to have their reaper cut and asked if they would install some sights I had gotten. I knew they had high volumes of business and that it would take some time so I waited patiently. After some time I decided I would contact them on Instagram in which I immediately got a response to whom I could email to receive updates on my slide. I did so and got a quick response. Upon installation, my sights broke, which I knew was highly likely. I was prepared to buy a set of their suppressor height sights but I didn't have to because they went ahead and replaced them for free without question. That to me is a huge deal. These guys are amazing at what they do and do their upmost best to make their customers happy. I will be using them for future gun builds without a single doubt! read more

Let's start by saying that the customer service is Amazing! I initially paid for an RDS to be mounted, and I changed my order to get the MRK III REAPER package and it was definitely worth the wait. They managed to facilitate my request and promptly provided advice on the overall aesthetics of the look I was going for. They informed me of the increased lead time. The only issue I had was a mix up of my order because I technically paid for two services at two different times on the same slide, and I didn't receive was shipping confirmation for the return of my slide which was not a problem because I knew they were working and cranking out orders all while they were prepping and moving to a new facility. Overall a great experience and outstanding craftsmanship, and I'll definitely send my next slide to them. read more

I paid for optic cuts on March 4, 2025 with the promise that the work would be completed no later than 4 weeks (which was two weeks longer than advertised on the website.) As of today it has been 16 weeks. I have repeatedly contacted DWS through phone calls and emails, at first they were partially responsive but only kicking the can down the road, promising "next week" for three weeks. At this point they have completely ceased all communications with me, ignoring both my calls and emails to them. Don't make the same mistake I did, do not send your slides to this business unless you don't need them back. If it is too late for you, and you are in the same boat as me, please contact me and we can pursue legal action together against this business to retrieve our property. read more

I placed an order with Dynamic Weapon Solutions on March 24 to have my slide cut and optics installed. After waiting until July for any kind of status update, I spent another month and a half emailing with little response. On August 15, I finally heard back and was told my order was "in shipping." That was nearly 5 months after my original order date. Since then, I've asked for updates weekly, but there has been nothing but radio silence. I run a small online business myself and fully understand how busy things can get, but this level of poor customer service is unacceptable. If you're considering having work done here, I strongly suggest looking at other shops that respect their customers' time and investment. read more

Customer Service is the worst I've ever received. Sent an acro slide in for warranty in January, was told 1-2 weeks turn around, due to them having to recut the slide since they fucked up the first time. Sent in an Acro P1, Night Sights, and a complete slide, and they have had it since January. Keep making promises that they don't keep, when I call, they throw me on hold for 5-10 minutes everytime, I don't have that long to wait to be spoken to. They never keep their word, terrible company, WOULD NOT RECOMMEND TO MY WORST ENEMY. Need to stop focusing on social media, and pay more attention to their QC, and Customer Service. If the owner sees this my order number is 5238. Call me/respond to this. read more
