A few days later, on Feb. 4, I noticed the furniture was still dusty and the windows had not been touched. I sent photos and contacted them. They scheduled two separate return appointments and no-showed both times. This continued for months until my case was escalated to James, who told me the windows could not actually be cleaned because the issue was mold between the panes. My issue is that they confirmed the windows had been cleaned, accepted payment, repeatedly failed to correct the problems, and wasted months of my time without resolving the situation.

I hope the review can be shared with the folks from the correct office. Pat H., Eddie, and the other three gentlemen that provided services were great! Pat H. is professional, punctual, communicates well and uses a human voice and not a douchy sales pitch. After calling the office Pat called me within 10 mins to schedule a next day appointment. The quote that was provided was twice as much as another quote we received but sometimes you can't cut corners, quality over quantity. The issue is at my moms house who's a senior citizen. She wanted to go with the lesser quote however I could not allow that because I didn't have confidence the other company would provide the best service. I was able to convince my mom that if she went with ProServe she would pay what the other company quoted and I would pay the balance. I reached out to Pat to ask if they can lower the estimate by $100 and he very kindly did. Pat showed up with his crew at the scheduled days/time, he helped the crew complete services, set up/clean up and provided me with pre and post pictures. The plumbing/water in the crawl space is still an issue. While Pat was finishing up he communicated that water had slowly refilled a crevice in the crawl space. He provided me with a picture. He left a dehumidifier and scheduled another crew to pick up two days later. When Eddie and his crew showed up they were also very nice and informative. We went over paperwork, and showed me a picture of the crawl space. We used ServPro a little over 10 yrs ago and had a positive experience. I am confident after the last two positive experiences we will be calling them back soon.
