Dr. Strickland is always straight with me on the numerous procedures and services I have had over the years, and they will absolutely tell me when something is NOT needed! The manager Logen is very unprofessional and rude, he always tries to squeeze money out of the patient and sees him as a client/ATM machine not a patient! I paid my denture in full, when my day arrived to get the new denture, he called me to his office telling me I owe $1500, it took me an hour to show and make him understand it was paid, he is such a jerk. They are using cheap materials for crowns and dentures. After one week a crown that holds the new dentures fell off, the crown was made by Aspan dental 2 years ago, I went back to the office to glue it back, but the doctor that didn't see me decided to do x rays, I told them I do not need more radiation to my head because I did too many and it can cause cancer, and I told them I will sign my refusal, their next move was to send me away with a new denture I can't use. Tried to call customer service, but there is no customer service where to complain! So if you want to waste your money, to get unprofessional treatment and an attempt to be robed, this is the place!

The rest of the story is amazing. Dr Aryann is a remarkable dentist and a true perfectionist. He discovered some decay in the tooth which was obvious in the x-ray - even to us. His recommendation was a crown. He manufactures crowns right in the office, so no need for the usual temporary and another visit to insert permanent crown. My husband came home today with a brand new smile! He is so happy and said Dr Aryaan is a "magician"!! We cannot say enough about how satisfied we are and how grateful we are to have found this practice. The office is well equipped with the newest technology and the staff cannot do enough for you! Dr. Guzman is the BEST dentist I have ever visited. She has all the qualities that make a great dentist: compassion, understanding, meticulousness, and the most important quality of all: patience in dealing with those of us who are fearful of any thing dental. With the vast majority of dental offices I feel rushed and just another number. Not so at Dr. Nino-Guzman Roach's office. The staff takes the time to listen to me when I ask questions, and then respond to my answers, and not just brush me aside. Likewise, Dr Nino-Guzman Roach is extremely thorough in her dealings with me, and sensing--before I even verbalize--my anxieties and unspoken qualms. Her touch is very gentle and she is extremely patient. If I had young children (mine is now grown) she would be their dentist, hands down. It turns out, the dental office don't actually submit the work to your insurance company before hand, unless you specifically request it. Turns out my insurance compony denied it and wouldn't cover any of it, so I'm on the hook for another $1500.00. Why do they draw up the plan and costs and have you sign paperwork, without actually seeing what your true cost is. This has never happened to me in 57 years of going to a dentist, I truly feel scammed with Krause. I will no longer be going there.

My experience with Dr. Krause has been nothing short of a…read morenightmare.   They make appointments when they get paid quickly but when it's a correction of what they did wrong, you experience a lengthy delay if not being completely avoided.   I was called in and made to wait for hours in the waiting room.  They performed a quick evaluation and told me I needed to come back in 3 weeks as that was the first available appointment and that they had other patients waiting for service outside.   The scheduler Julie originally made this appointment for me under the assurance that Dr. Krause would fix my painful issue but when I showed up, they said it was a mere consultation. Why did you ever schedule me when you have other more important patients waiting for you to charge while you've already collected from me and ruined my entire mouth? You made me take time off work and then have the audacity to ask me to return in three weeks after making me wait 90 minutes outside?   Treatments are rushed and careless. Instead of fixing my dental issues, this dentist made them worse; much worse. I left their office crying in front of five other patients waiting in the lobby because both sides of my mouth went untreated while I was in excruciating pain and experiencing bleeding gums. All they had to do was comfort me and say "We apologize but we don't have enough time today to treat you but we will give you the first available appointment and take care of you."   A simple procedure turned into a disaster, leading to several complications and eventually two root canals (and two crowns) that could have been avoided. This cost me over $4,000. Half my mouth is in worse shape than when I first walked into their office. I have had to seek help from another dentist and an orthodontist just to undo Dr. Krause's damage. Actually,  I take that back. There is no undo. All the other dentist(s) could do was finish the work Dr. Krause abandoned.   Save yourself the pain, frustration, anguish, embarrassment and expense; go somewhere else. I would never recommend Dr. Krause to anyone. What a shame/sham!
