This company is a bunch of pos!!!! They literally come after someone for a $647.00 debt for years knowing that he doesnt make enough money for them to collect and that CHILD SUPPORT is taking any disposable income for 13 years. Now this allegid debt is $3398 and make it so this person can barely pay rent. For a allegid debt they will not show proof for... All the POS's are fraudulent af, they say they are going to an address that i haven't lived for 10 years then on the POS from post office it has been delivered to a totally different address that this person has nvr lived at with some off the wall signature. It is probably one of their friends addresses they are sending the shit too. I have nvr seen or heard of a actual business conduct themselfs like this. To top it all off the statute of limitations had been ran out for 5 months before they obtained a 10 year extension to try to collect from this person. I called a couple of months ago to find out how I could help my son get a fine paid so that he could get his license, I was told how much it was and that if half was paid in full in would be wiped out or we could set up payment arrangements. I opted to pay half and have it done so I collected the money over the past couple months and went in there. I walk in and there are 3 women behind the glass and none look up .....I go to the counter and stand there for a few minutes and finally a woman with moles all over her face tears off her head set and asks what I'm there for. I tell her I'm there to clear my son's debt and she asks for his name and birthday and then tells me I'm 3rd party and I can't pay it unless she talks to him. Soooo I go get him out of the car and then she says how much his bill is ....it's now went up $200. I say ok so now what is the bill if I agree to pay in full she said there is no deal like that, you have to pay in full or put a lump some down and then we take payments from your bank account. I said I spoke to someone here and she told me that I could pay half and she said I have worked here for 30 years and no one here ever told you that and no one here would ever tell you that. I said well I never got her name but I was definitely told that. I am sooo angry at how I was treated and and how that woman acted like I was lying and that she was some kind of gate keeper. $350 dollar medical bill paid in cash, (late, but paid), then $1050 disappeared from checking account, due to court appearance I wasn't even informed of. This happened 3 times in the 1990's. Once I sent $50 towards a $400 debt & they sent it back, when I called, they laughed & told me they wanted the whole debt paid at once, this is when I was making $1000. a month trying to support a family of five. I put a debt into dispute and another I made it clear was past the statue of limitations. Today I received a call following up on the dispute. The first thing I did was ask for proof that they owned the debt and also stated I would not acknowledge anything until they proved that they owned the debt, and the debt is mine. (One debt specifically may not be one that I'm responsible for.) The rep immediately started arguing with me that the day of service (the procedure or such) was for 2014. I tried several times to speak up to State there's no way I could have had the service as her date was after the DV incident that would have made that particular service impossible to have received. She yelled at me and got rude with me. Good to know that's how these ass holes treat DV survivors - by making them relive their shit by being verbally abusive themselves and gaslighting. The only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 stars is that they're a little slow to report that I paid off the debt and that delay kind of screwed me over for some other things I had to take care of, but overall, I'm grateful for the staff at this agency and happy to have worked with them. read more

After receiving no updates whatever, I called to find out Dynamic had sent one letter, a year ago, then gave up when it was returned. For the next year they did nothing at all. And they never let me know they'd given up on the collection. (So much for their web site's laughable claim that they take "continuous measurements of client satisfaction.") The gal on the phone (who was rude) insisted, "There was nothing more we could do." Nothing? I thought collection agencies were good at tracking debtors down. Dynamic Collectors is a cheating, sleazy and underhanded business. They were given a hospital Account of mine 120 days after it occurred. The hospital, known for poor billing Practice, quit billing. Sadly - I pay bills off of The bills sent to me. When they quit billing- I didn't Have anything to pay ... so i thought. DC DID NOT BILL EITHER. A year and a half later they claim they served us. They file a judgment of which you either appear for or object. But we Trent served. They were granted the judgment. We make over 100k a yeAr. Had we known.., we would have paid. We did not know. 22 months later - they file the judgment with fees which there is no legal control over. It's pathetic and robbery. By this time garnishment began which was my first notification this was occurring. They were not able to produce one letter or tracking of one call. But we were screwed. And don't think going to court then makes any difference. We got it back in front of the judge - both of us took days off work and The process server wAs not able to identify our house or recognize either of Us. We had statement where we were that day but failed to get them notariZed. The judge sided with them. They are unfair - lying and manipulative. Thanks to poor billing from Vancouver Radiologists, I was sent to collections through Dynamic. A fabulous situation for someone who pays bills on time. I never received an original invoice from Vancouver Radiologists! Can't pay a bill you don't know exists. Dynamic sent 1-ONE notification of the invoice. ONE!! Needless to say, it lacked ph#'s, addresses, emails, and who the debt it was owed to. I'm not sure they know about due process. Several months later, get served court paper for a judgement. I give them a call and they claim to have talked to my hubs, the 'responsible' party, not one phone call to me the adult patient. My husband doesn't answer calls he doesn't know and does not have his VM set up. They claim to have a conversation recorded with him, but refuse to show proof. We threatened to get a court order to show the proof and the reply was they didn't have to comply with that type of court order! LOL Dearest Dynamic/Penny - the public is not stupid nor naive or ignorant. The fact you feel you're above the law just proves your poor business practices and ignorance! You do not scare us and I suggest doing things in a more legal manner seeing as jobs and open businesses are scarce. I will have no problem taking that away from you! read more

These people got the account on a speeding ticket that I did not take care of fast enough. they charge an outrageous collection fee and are not willing to work with you at all. they bitch and complain about every little thing. "I cant be on speaker phone" I need to speak to your wife if you want to use her card" "no I cannot reduce the amount" no I cannot reduce our collection fee. FYI, their collection fee that gets put on top of the actual debt, even if they only sent one letter is nearly 200.00. The people I have spoken with on the phone are rude and judgmental. I know people are going to read this and say I got pissed because I was turned over . Partially true . What I am pissed about is the way they handle their business . My Doctor Smith turned my account over to dynamic . Then I received one letter . Just one but was told they sent many .After that letter I received more bills from Dr Smith . Now I am think Dynamic is out of it . So Dynamic serves me legal papers on a Saturday . On Monday I call Dr Smiths office and ask what will make Dynamic stop the court case . I am told make a payment and set up a payment plan . So Tuesday I go to Dr Smiths make a payment set up a plan and go to work . Wednesday I get a call from Dr Smiths saying Dynamic took the money I paid Dr Smith and took i back to their company and they won't release me from their paws . So I speak to Dr Smith's office again and ask why. Dr Smith calls Dynamic and they can't get an answer . So I call dynamic and ask where we are at with this and am told Dynamic was on their to Dr Smiths office to talk . That afternoon I call Dr Smiths and am told they took my payment from Dr Smith and there is noting that can be done by them but that Dynamic is willing to work with me and repayment . So I call Dynamic and try to work this out . They offer to have me pay 115 dollars per month and it will take of the 4 accounts . I am shocked where did the other 3 accounts come from . They have never told me about them . I told them okay but can it wait until January ? The holidays are coming up . I am told that is fine but they still may take me to court if I don't make a payment plan now ! I said you have a payment . You took it away from Dr Smith . I also told them I received one letter from them and no phone calls . I was told they called numerous times ! I said I didn't see Dynamic on the caller ID . Irene told me they use different numbers . I told them I don't answer numbers that I don't recognize ! Irene said they don't leave messages ! Then how am supposed to know I owe money to a creditor and why haven't I heard about these other collections !!! They are rude they do not work with you and really don't care if you have to go to court . I was asked my address numerous times and I said it then I was told That I received their letters because I received one . If I had received more I wouldn't have ignored Dynamic . I told them I am sure you hear that people never received letters a hundred times a day . I didn't lie !!!! I wish I make people not use their services because there are a lot of other companies around here . As an employer dealing with garnishments, it is no fun. I have had too many employees to deal with on this, but Dynamic Collectors is always easy to work with, much more so than others I have encountered. They are courteous, friendly and helpful anytime I call. If you owe money that you haven't paid and it comes to the point of going to collections, it seems odd that you would complain that they harass you. Quite possible the worst company I have ever had to deal with. For the sake of brevity I will do this in list form. 1. Never returns calls 2. Makes no attempt to collect before going to court 3. Will not issue receipts for payments made 4. Will not honor agreements after they have been made 5. Different employees will tell you different things and when you catch them in a lie they say its policy This company is so remarkably shady and unethical it became necessary to file complaints with the BBB and the WA attorneys general office. If you have the misfortune of having to deal with these scam artists make sure you write everything down when ever you have any dealings with them and try to get everything in writing. Me and my family are on state health care. We are completely covered on all ends being on low income. For this shady company to call during tax season and even insisted that I could use my tax return to pay them just didn't sit well with me. The allegation about a bogus pac lab that didn't get paid somehow which is idiotic! PAC labs are completely covered through our insurance. Just to make sure, I called my insurance company to be positive there were no outstanding balances. They assured me I owe money to nobody and am completely covered. Even molina healthcare called them and they completely avoided any kind of payment solution. They just wanted me and my credit card and account numbers. Sorry I'm not that Dumb. My insurance informed me not to pay them a dime and that dynamic collectors or collections whatever they call themselves. (Liars that are full of you know what) I wonder if these guys are even legit?!?! So even now as they continue to call me it's getting kinda of annoying so I try to have fun with em. But seriously... I think they're just criminals. Wouldn't be surprised if somebody got prison time in the future! Cause I pay my Bills!!! i owed 120 dollors to dynamic collectors for a medical bill that i was unable to make a payment on due to unemployment at the time any way dynamic collectors notified me on a sunday that a court date was set for the next day to have court order to collect the debt and any court fees ,they waited til the last minute to notify me and then when i called to settle the matter they told me that my debt of 120 was now 598 and if i did not pay it now they would take my home and every last belonging down to my children's clothing and throw us all out on the street. the lady i spoke with was nasty and cruel and did not need to threaten my children nor bring them into the picture for that matter ,needless to say i ended up taking out a personal loan to pay them in full for i didn't want my children to be naked in the street read more

I am sorry if you have to deal with these guys! I have only dealt with this company and Evergreen.. Evergreen was polite on the phone and worked WITH me. Dynamic on the other hand were rude and did not work with me at all. So there was the original hospital bills(5,000total), filing fee and interest fee ... In total 10,000. I asked if I I payed in 5 lump sums if i could get it lowered slightly.. they said no. Later I sent a cashiers check.. it was sent back.. no phone call to notify me. they few weeks later they call and ask where payment was. I was informed that I had a minimum payment instated.. When I told them I was unaware and wish i had known.. now i would have to pay $3 more dollars for new cashiers check to meet the requirement. They did not apologize for not informing me, nor did they seem to care. All operators have been very cold and rude especially Debbie. All I can suggest i find out min. payment.. pay that plus some if you can so you never have to hear their voice. I never missed a payment and they still treat me like shit. read more
