Worst delivery service every!!! I ordered IKEA furniture to be delivered on a Tuesday 1-5pm and no one ever showed up. Called them multiple times and all the call center guys did was to transfer and transfer and no one else would pick up the phone afterwards. I suspect their internal system is messed up too because one time they couldn't even find my order number. On Wednesday I called again in the morning and a lady promised that they will be delivered same day 5-9pm. And guess what, nobody showed up again. Don't ever trust this company with your shipment. This company said that the address was undeliverable the only problem with that explanation is I live in a well established neighborhood and get deliveries fron UPS and FEDEX all the time so they LIE. Ikea contracts with Dynamex. The product was scheduled to be delivered on 6/28/2015. I received a call on 7/7/2015 indicating Dynamix was "in the midst of scheduling people due to the truck being delayed coming to the warehouse" and asked that I return their call. Anyone know what that means? Anyways... I returned their call. After being transferred to 4 people and asked for the same information 4 times, I was frustrated.
