The staff are friendly and helpful. There's also a baby changing and feeding room if you need one. At this time of year there's a huge gift selection, with their usual offers on them. My favourite time to visit though is just after the New Year - they seem to have a much better sale on than any other Boots. I've bought lots of my Christmas pressies already - in January! How's that for being well prepared??
