One technician came to do a repair and told me silicon caulking should have been placed around the windows and doors. He offered me a tube but didn't offer to apply it. My sliding doors were leaking whenever it rained and a technician did determine insulation hadn't been placed in right spot. This was after 2 other technicians had been here. I wish I had read reviews prior to going with this company. The price was just to good and I should have known something was wrong.
