Cruising Krakow Bike Tours was the best way to see this extraordinary city that we quickly loved. Starting off in the Old Town, our tour guide took our group on a four-hour odyssey that was a perfect blend of sightseeing, learning about this magnificent city's triumphant and tragic history, and time for a lunch. Mike (Mihai) and his wonderful dog showed us all the places we would have otherwise missed and gave us an appreciation for the whole city. This was such a magical experience, from the Old Town Square, city wall and fortress remnants to the Jewish Quarter, Schindler's factory, university and Wawel Castle. Cruising Krakow Bike Tours formed the foundation to our five day stay in the Krakow region and allowed us to make the absolute most out of this amazing city. A special thanks to Mike, his lovely dog and the friendly, very helpful staff.

BUYER BEWARE!!! Do NOT! order anything from Iwobike Poland. I am currently going through a…read morehorrendous situation with Iwobike Poland whereby I ordered a brand new electric bicycle and it arrived damaged in Ireland where I live. I contacted the company to get a replacement and they are blaming their courier, the courier who Iwobike hired to deliver the bicycle blames Iwobike. The customer service has been absolutely appalling. Iwobike have no idea how to treat customers and have completely washed their hands of the situation. In this day and age to treat customers like this just because they live in a foreign country and think they can get away with it is absolutely criminal. Please take my advice choose a different company to purchase from. Zero star rating, but yelp makes me choose 1 star!!
