Great service as it is at almost all Dutch Brothers. For some reason, the coffee wasn't quite as good at this one, but all is forgiven.

Great drinks today! The coffee taste fresh! The line issue could be a little better with more menus around then right by the front window . So make sure you have your app ready to look over it and see what drinks you want! The staff is always so kind here . Hannah was very nice even in the mess of being crazy busy ! read more

Hmm, I'm reading everyone else's review and wondering if I went to the same place- There was one car in front of me but the young lady that came out with her iPad ordering device was acting like there was a line of 20 cars- after taking my order she was literally walking away while still telling me "you are going to have to pay up front because this......voice trailing off.... Lord, have mercy- what? I approached the window and the next young lady was rushing to give me drink- no problem, also handed me her device to sign and add tip if I wanted- Variety- maybe I missed that too- when I think of a lot of variety- I think of Scooters or Starbucks- this was kind of streamlined but maybe I missed something- see my pic. Not very friendly- not a lot of variety but $5 for a small drink- more expensive than other places I thought. I have used coupons at other coffee places as well- Hmm, I wasn't impressed. I did get a blended drink and it was watery- It reminded me of the iced coffees from QuikTrip- good but doesn't cost $5. Not a fan of this location. read more

The ordering process in the driveway is daunting if you don't know their menu. You will not see a menu until you are almost to the pickup window, AFTER someone takes your order on an iPad. And that's not even the full menu. Order at the walk up window if you are weirded out about processes like this. I wish you could order ahead in their app, it would make life easier lol. The workers are usually friendly, but we have had a couple that are annoyed by questions. Goes back to the non-visible menu thing. Now for the drinks: all of the iced coffee drinks we have tried taste the same. It doesn't matter if you order a seasonal, peppermint type drink, a pumpkin drink, a coconut mocha.....if you order anything with a dairy alternative milk, they all taste like milk with a very slight coffee flavor. The tea drinks are flavored well, borderline too sweet, but at least they taste like something. Not sure why this chain is so popular. There are a TON of other coffee places within a half mile of this spot. Pick somewhere else unless someone gives you a gift card. read more

I like Dutch Bros! And this location is in a great spot. If you're not familiar with the menu, it is a little harder to order if they come to you with the iPad. I always try to look online before they come since the menu is around the corner. I always look for low carb options too, and they have some decent options and a few sugar free flavors. I do think the price is reasonable compared to Starbucks and even 7 Brew. I've actually always had really kind staff at every location I've been in all of Oklahoma. And they are cute little spots for generally quick service. I had a little bit of a wait on a Saturday late afternoon, but that's to be expected anywhere in Tulsa/BA. I'm a fan! read more

Poor experience tonight. Came through the drive-through and there was a truck sitting there that had already received their drink. This customer and the worker Just continued talk for well over five minutes while the line was forming. When I got to the window, the worker admitted that they were just chatting it up. They apologized for the wait, but I left without ordering anything. Why would I order something after waiting for almost 10 minutes for no reason? read more

I've been wanting try this new location but the line has been crazy. Yesterday, I drove by and only 1 car in the drive thru so I pulled in and pulled up to the window. I had my debit card out to pay and I mention it's my first time had to my surprise they tell me to put my card away because the first drink is on them! So unexpected but nice! I got the cocomo which is a coconut mocha with cold foam on top. Destiny was AMAZING!!! Give that girl a raise!!! I'm trying it again today but I think they have made me a convert from SB. read more

The Dutch Bros in BA is my absolute favorite to go to! I feel like I can get more bang for my buck because of the drink size & the variety they have. When the drive thru gets busy, they get you taken care of in no time! When i go, I always ask for Creed, he is always so kind and makes the MOST incredible drinks, never disappoints!! There is a certain employee at the BA location that is so busy being a chatty Cathy that the lines were back up almost to the street. This is a chronic problem with this particular person . It gets so bad that I almost pulled out of line and left even after placing my order. She can take an order quickly and efficiently when needed but seems to ignore the facts of a backup even when seeing it. I really do like Dutch Bros coffee and 99% of the time service is efficient and quick. read more

Multiple times I've gone through the drive through and spent the better part of 30 minutes awaiting to get to the window on my way to work. There is typically only one or two vehicles in front of me yet they still take an average of 10 minutes. Do not waste your time. Go to 7 brew half a mile East. 2 minute turn around every time. read more

I'm a newbie to Dutch Bros and I'm hooked. Enjoy how friendly everyone is but the line goes SO SLOW.

I love Dutch Bros!! They are less expensive than the popular green lady and always have such kind employees. However, they are SO slow. I'm currently in line a this particular location and have been in line for well over thirty minutes.--and there are still three cars ahead of me! The lack of speed is a very huge deterrent for me and has already resulted in really cutting back on my visits. If this continues, I'll likely sacrifice my DB runs altogether, which is very sad. I've had this experience in the drive thru and walking up and would really love to see a resolution! read more

Slowest service ever. Every time I have been, the employees really don't seem to be working, instead they are just joking around inside. it shouldn't take 15-20 minutes to get a coffee with only two cars in front of you. read more

I love this... it's better than Starbucks. Get the cookie dough freeze. The chocolate sprinkles do make a difference and the claremore location is frequently out. Never had BA location run out so maybe order something else if they're out. Tried a picture perfect freeze last time... it was (chefs kiss) fabulous! read more

Seriously after waiting 30 minutes in line i was hoping for some incredible coffee. Ha! No my blenders were melted. There is enough syrups to rot out teeth and/or cause stomach issues. So thank you for the 30 minute line experience but no thank you. Scooters coffee is wayyyyyyy better and faster! I will say this, they had a good set of staff, friendly. read more

I drove through, placed my order but I always get a golden eagle blended or Frozen and I asked the girl that was taking my order if adding chai to it would be good or not she said she liked it so I went with it when I got to the window the girl that gave me my drink had no customer service I took my drink tried it on my way out it was awful it tasted watery I took it back and said it was awful and she said since I took a drink of it and that was what I ordered they couldn't replace it so she was going to ring me up for an original just golden eagle already paid $8.19 including the extra for the chai and then she's going to charge me again to remake me an original golden eagle without the chai and said it was $6.95. I'm not going back she said because they didn't make the drink wrong I just didn't like it cuz it didn't taste right I had to buy a new drink well when the shift lead came up I told her about the price difference and she said they were the same price, and then walked away and then the original girl that took my order they went ahead and made me a new drink and said that they were never going to do it again for me and that's their policy once it's ordered you don't get her return on a drink that's no good I said that's fine I'm not coming back plus the price difference was different and I didn't get the difference back for the extra I had paid for the original drink so they made about $2. read more

The combination of the two lane drive through and the adolescent workers/management of this location makes it a no go for me. By the time the workers finish chit chatting with their friends who come through the drive though, they act put out to take an actual customer's order. The long wait time results in cold coffee. Clearly the adolescent workers feel empowered to do what they want to do. Whenever a customer asks why it took so long for them to finish their personal conversations to take an order, they deflect the question and become rude. Clearly corporate knows of this location's problems already and have done nothing about it. Definitely not good for the brand at all. read more

i never write reviews but i feel strongly abt this so i thought i'd share. dutch bros is by far my fav coffee shop. especially this location, the team, service, and quality are spot on! but, on sunday evenings/afternoon there is an employee that has black hair and possibly hispanic that works there, she seams to be maybe a shift lead or someone who's in charge. she seemed to be older than me (i'm 19). i'm not sure if i did something, but on multiple occasions she has been rude and talks abt me to coworkers. it's just sad tbh, like most of these employees are so kind. and i feel like this teammate is bringing them down. she talks to coworkers disrespectfully, as well as me. i work at a local coffee shop and i totally get bad days, or even days were costumer service is frustrating. but that doesn't make an excuse for this. honestly this location has been really good at holding standards for their employees to be just great people. and it sucks that one person can bring it all down. i hope this help shed a light on this and hope to be able to reevaluate this employee so dutch bros can really thrive. read more
